Description
Claims (3)
- 변조된 캐리어를 갖는 무선 주파수(RF)신호를 동조하여 상기 RF 신호의 상기 변조된 캐리어에 대응하는 변조된 캐리어 및 공칭 주파수 값을 갖는 중간 주파수(IF)신호를 발생시키는 수단(3,5,7,19), 상기 IF 신호를 복조하여 응답신호를 발생시키는 수단(9), 함수 제어 정보에 따라서 상기 응답 신호를 처리하기 위한 수단(11), 제어 정보를 카운팅하므로서 결정된 측정 주기 동안 상기 IF 신호의 상기 변조된 캐리어의 사이클을 카운팅하여 상기 IF 신호의 상기 정보 베어링 캐리어 주파수를 표시하는 카운트 정보를 발생시키는 수단(22,24,26), 상기 응답 신호 처리 수단 및 상기 카운팅 수단에 연결되는 직렬 데이타 버스, 및 소프트웨어 프로그램 제어에 따라 동작하여 (1)상기 함수 제어 정보를 상기 처리 수단 및 상기 카운팅 제어 정보를 상기 직렬 데이타 버스를 통해 상기 카운팅 수단에 전송하며, (2)상기 직렬 데이타 버스를 통하여 상기 카운팅 수단으로부터 나온 상기 카운트 정보를 수신하고 (3)상기 공칭 주파수 값으로부터 벗어난 상기 IF 신호의 상기 변조된 캐리어 주파수 편차를 결정하기 위하여 상기 카운트 정보를 평가하는 수단을 구비하는 디지탈 AFT 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 처리 수단(11), 상기 카운팅 수단(22,24,26)및 상기 IF 신호 증폭 수단이 집적회로내에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 AFT장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카운팅 수단(22,24,26)이 상기 카운트 정보를 표시하는 디지탈 워드를 발생시키며, 상기 데이타 버스가 데이타 워드당 소정 비트수를 전송하며, 및 수단(22,24,26)이 상기 카운트 정보를 표시하는 상기 디지탈 워드를 적어도 부분적으로 디코딩하며 상기 카운트 정보를 표시하고 상기 소정 비트수만을 포함하는 또 다른 디지탈 워드를 발생시키는 디지탈 AFT 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
