Claims (13)
- 480℃ 이상의 온도에서 10초 이하 동안 탄화수소성 공급원과 제올라이트 촉매를 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 , 상기 촉매/공급원 중량비는 5-150 범위내이고, 상기 제올라이트 촉매는 공극직경0.3-0.7㎚ 및 평균 미결정크기 2㎛ 이하를 갖는 제올라이트로 구성되는 탄화수소의 올레핀-함유 혼합물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 1㎛ 이하의 평균 미결정 크기를 갖는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 0.01-0.5㎛의 평균미결정크기를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서 제올라이트가 0.5-0.7㎚의 공극직경을 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, ZSM-5 구조를 갖는 결정성(메탈로)실리케이트, 페리어라이트, 에리오나이트 및 그의 혼합물로 부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제올라이트가 실질적으로 그의 수소형태인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 공급원이 0.2-6초간 제올라이트 촉매와 접촉하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 온도가 480-900℃인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 온도가 500-750℃인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느하나에 있어서, 압력이 1-10 바아인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매/공급원 중량비가 10-100인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매의 이동층에서 수행되는 방법.
