Claims (8)
- 철계 촉매, 200 ∼ 400 ℃, 5 ∼ 25 기압 및 500 ∼ 8000 GHSV 범위의 유속하에서, 합성가스를 피셔-트롭쉬 반응하여 탄화수소 화합물을 형성하는 1단계와 ;상기 형성된 탄화수소 화합물을 제올라이트계 촉매, 300 ∼ 700 ℃, 0.1 ∼ 5 기압하에서 크래킹하여 C2 ∼ C4 범위의 경질 올레핀을 제조하는 2단계를 포함하여 연속적으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성가스로부터 경질 올레핀의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 1단계의 탄화수소 화합물은 올레핀 화합물이 50 ∼ 90 탄소몰% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 철계 촉매는 철이 60 ∼ 95 중량% 범위로 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 철계 촉매는 철 금속 1몰에 대하여 구리, 망간, 크 롬, 바나듐, 아연 중 선택된 금속이 0.01 ∼ 0.1 몰비 범위로 추가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트계 촉매는 Al2O3 1몰에 대하여 SiO2가 80 ∼ 6000 몰비 범위인 ZSM-5 제올라이트 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트계 촉매는 제올라이트에 대하여 인(P), 란타늄(La) 또는 이들의 혼합물이 0.01 ∼ 10 중량% 범위로 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2단계 반응은 탄화수소 화합물 1중량에 대하여 물을 0.01 ∼ 1 중량비로 추가 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제조된 C2 ∼ C4 범위의 경질 올레핀은 선택도가 30 ∼ 65 탄소몰% 범위이고, 프로필렌은 10 ∼ 35 탄소몰% 범위를 유지하는 것을 특징 으로 하는 제조방법.
