Claims (11)

  1. A 25℃에서 약 100 내지 약 1,000,000센티포아즈의 점도를 가지며, 각 중합체의 말단쇄에 있는 규소 원자들이 2개 이상의 알콕시 라디칼로 종결되고, 유기기는 C1-15의 1가 탄화수소 라디칼인 폴리 디오르가노실록산 100중량부;B, 하기 일반식을 갖는 디오르가노주석 비스 베타-디케토 네이트 축합 촉매 유효량
    (상기 식중, R5는 C1-18의 1가 탄화수소 라디칼 및 치환된 1가 탄화수소 라디칼로부터 선택되고, R6, R7및 R8은 각각 수소, R5, OR9, -OSi(R5)3, -Si(R5)3, 아릴, 아실 및 니트릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 동일하거나 상이한 1가 라디칼임);C. 히드록시 관능기 스캐빈저 약 0.1 내지 약 1.5 중량부;D, 하기 일반식을 갖는 접착 증진 폴리알콕시실란 약 0.6 내지 약 5 중량부
    (상기 식중, R9및 R10은 각각 C1-8의 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이고, Z는 에테르, 에폭시, 이소시아네이토, 시아노,아크릴옥시 및 아실옥시로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 기에 의해 더 관능화될 수 있는 포화, 불포화 또는 방향족 탄화수소 잔기이고, b는 0 내지 3임); 및 E, 가교 폴리알콕시실란 0 내지 10 중량부로 이루어진, 저장 안정성, 프라이머가 없는 상태의 접착성 및 심부 경화가 개선되고 독성이 적은 스캐빈저 함유 실온 경화성 실리콘 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 주석 축합 촉매가 디(n-부틸)주석비스(아세틸아세토네이트), 디(n-부틸)주식비스(벤조일아세토네이트), 디(에틸)주석비스(라우로일에세토네이트), 디(메틸)주석비스(피발로일아세토네이트), 디(n-옥틸)주석비스(아세틸에세토네이트), 디(n-프로필)주석비스(1, 1, 1-트리플루오로아세틸아세토네이트), 디(n-부틸)주석(아세틸아세토네이트)(에틸아세토아세테이트) 및 디(n-부틸)주석비스(에틸아세토아세테이트)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 접착 증진 폴리알콕시실란이 하기 일반식을 갖는 에폭시 관능성 폴리알콕시실란이 조성물.
    상기 식중, R9및 R10은 각각 C1-8의 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이고, R11및 R12는 각각 C2-12의 2가 탄화수소 라디칼이고 R13은 수소 및 C1-8의 1가 탄화수소 라디칼로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, t는 0 내지 3이다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 접착 증진 에폭시 관능성 폴리알콕시실란이 감마-글리시독시프로필메틸디메톡시실란, 감마-글리시독시프로필트리에톡시실란, 감마-글리시독시프로필메틸디에톡시실란, 감마-글리시독시에틸트리메톡시실란 및 에폭시시클로헥실에틸트리메톡시실란으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 충진제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 충진제가 보강 충진제인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 접착 증진 폴리알콕시실란(D)가 약 0.8 중량부 내지 약 1.6중량부의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 축합 촉매가 약 0.01 중량부 내지 약 2.0중량부의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 스캐빈저가 조성물 중에서 약 0.2 중량부 내지 약 1중량부의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알콕시 가교제가 약 0.3 중량부 내지 약 2.0 중량부이 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  11. A 25℃에서 약 100 내지 약 1,000,000센티포아즈의 점도를 가지며, 하기 일반식을 갖는 폴리디오르가노실록산 100중량부
    (상기 식중, R, R1및 R2는 각각 메틸 라디칼이고, n은 약 50 내지 약 2500의 정수이고, a는 0 또는 1의 정수임);B, 디(n-부틸)주석비스(아세틸아세토네이트) 약 0.2 중량부 내지 약 0.5중량부;C, 헥사메틸디실라잔 약 0.4 중량부,\ 내지 약 0.8 중량부;D, 감마-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란 약 0.8중량부 내지 약 1.6 중량부; 및 E. 메틸트리메톡시실란 약 0.5 중량부 내지 약 1.6중량부로 이루어진, 저장 수명, 프라이머가 없는 상태의 접착성, 심부경화가 개선되고, 독성이 적은 스캐빈저 함유 실온 경화성 실리콘 조성물.
