Claims (11)
- 이소부틸렌의 촉매적 산화에 의한 메타크롤레인의 제조방법 및 메타크롤레인을 주로 생성하는 제 1 단계와 메타크롤레인을 산화시켜 메타크릴산을 생성하는 제 2 단계로 이루어지는 이소부틸렌의 두 단계 촉매적 산화에 의한 메타크릴산의 제조방법(여기서, 어느 한 단계 또는 양 단계에 하나 이상의 재순환 스트림이 사용되며, 양 단계가 산소 및 불활성 희석제 기체를 함유하는 공급 스트림 상에서 실시된다)에 있어서, 제 1 단계에 첨가된 필수적으로 불활성의 희석제 기체 공급물로서 약 6.5cal/g-몰(℃) 이상의 복합 열용량을 갖고 필수적으로 불활성이고 필수적으로 무수인 희석제 가스를 사용하고 제 2 단계에 첨가된 희석제 기체 공급물로서 복합 열용량이 약 6.5cal/g-몰(℃) 이상의 복합 열용량을 갖고 필수적으로 불활성이고 필수적으로 무수인 희석제 기체를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 개선된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제 1단계에 사용된 필수적으로 불활성인 희석제 기체의 복합 열용량이 약 6.5 내지 약 40인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제 1 단계에 사용된 필수적으로 불활성인 희석제 기체의 복합 열용량이 약 8 내지 약 30인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제 1 단계에 사용된 필수적으로 불활성인 희석제 기체의 복합 열용량이 약 10 내지 약 20인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제 1 단계에 사용된 필수적으로 불활성이고 필수적으로 무수인 희석제 기체에 존재하는 물의 총량이 이소부틸렌 몰당 약 0.4몰 미만인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제 1 단계에 사용된 필수적으로 불활성이고 필수적으로 무수인 희석제 기체의 증기 함량이 이소부틸렌 몰당 약 0.3몰 미만인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산소가 순수한 산소원으로 부터의 산소인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필수적으로 불활성이고 필수적으로 무수인 희석제 기체가 메타크롤레인 회수공정으로부터 재순환된 공정 스트림인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필수적으로 불활성이고 필수적으로 무수인 희석제 기체가 메타크릴산 회수공정으로부터 재순환된 공정 스트림인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제 1 단계 반응기에서 생성된 메타크롤레인이 분리되고 회수되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제 2 단계 반응기에서 생성된 메타크릴산이 분리되고 회수되는 방법.
