자동차용 완충기의 상대속도를 측정하여 압입, 압출 행정을 제어하는 방법

제1도는 커버내에 내설된 센서 권선과, 완충 실린더에 결합된 영구자석을 구비한 완충기의 종단면도.
제2도는 센서 권선에 따른 일정한 상대 속도에 있어서 유도 전압의 경과선도.

Claims (3)

  1. 원통형상으로 구성된 센서코일(8)을 갖는 피스톤 봉(2)과 상기 센서 코일의 길이 방향에서 이센서코일에 대해서 상대 운동이 가능한 영구자석(7)과, 상기 센서 코일내에 유도된 전압을 제어하기 위해 평가하는 전기적 평가 회로를 사용하여, 자동차용 완충기의 완충 실린더(1)와, 피스톤 봉(2)에 결합되어 있는 상기 완충 실린더내를 미끄럼 운동이 가능한 완충 피스톤(3)과의 사이의 상대 속도를 측정하여 이 완충 피스톤의 압입 행정 및 압출 행정의 종단 위치를 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 완충 피스톤(3)의 종단 위치의 직선에서 그때그때마다 영구자석(7)을 가지고 각 코일 단부를 통과시켜, 이 코일단부의 통과시에 높여지는 유도전압(Uind)을, 완충기의 종단위치를 위한 측정 신호로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 완충기의 상대 속도를 측정하여 압입, 압출 행정을 제어 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 완충기의 종단 위치를 제어하기 위해 평가회로를 최대 허용 상대 속도에 해당하는 전압 한계값(Ugrenz)을 개재하여 제어하고, 이 전압 한계값이 센서 코일(8)의 중앙 범위에서 유도되는 전압값 보다도 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 센서 코일(8)의 양단 범위의 인덕턴스를 높여주는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 방법.
