Claims (5)
- 광디스크 기록 및 재생시스템의 반도체 레이저장치에 구동전류를 공급하되, 상기 레이저장치로 부터 방사되는 레이저빔에 의하여 방사되는 광디스크의 위치에 대응한 복수준위의 하나에 상기 반도체 레이저장치의 광출력의 레벨을 조정하여 변화되게 하는 반도체 구동장치에 있어서, 상기 레이저장치에 상이한 준위를 가진 복수기준 구동전류를 순차적으로 공급하는 전류공급수단과, 상기 각 기준구동전류가 상기 레이저장치에 공급될때 상기 레이저장치의 광출력준위를 검출하기 위한 모니터링 수단과, 검출된 광출력준위에 의하여 여러개의 최적값을 셋팅하는 셋팅수단과, 레이저빔에 의하여 방사되고 있는 광디스크의 위치에 따라서 상기 여러개의 최적값의 하나를 선택하기 위한 선택수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류공급수단은 재생구동전류원과 기록 및 소거구동전류원을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류공급수단은 상기 복수의 기준구동전류를 연속적으로 공급하기 위해 상기 구동전류를 공급하기 전에 적어도 세개이상의 구동전류를 공급하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저 구동장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 세개이상의 기준구동전류의 각 준위는 점진적으로 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류공급수단은 상기 복수의 기준구동전류를 연속적으로 공급하기 위해 상기 구동전류를 공급하기전에 적어도 둘이상의 기준구동전류를 공급하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저장치.
