- 하부모터(1´)측에 키이 고정한 2중체인 스프라켓(6)의 각각의 스프라켓 휠에 체인을 따로 걸어서 서로 대향되어 있는 제1바이브레팅 해머(11) 및 제2바이브레팅 해머(11´)의 편심축(15)(15´)을 동시에 구동하도록 이루어진 하부 바이브레팅 매카니즘(B)과, 상하로 이동가능한 공구이송대에 부착되어 움직이는 베이스 플레이트(10) 하단부에 모터카플링(2)에 직결되고 베아링 유니트(4)(4)에 축지되는 편심축(12)을 포함하는 상부 바이브레팅 해머(3)가 설치된 상부 바이브레팅 매카니즘(A)으로 이루어지며, 상기한 대향설치된 제1 및 제2바이브레팅 해머(11)(11´)사이에는 피가공물 지지로울러(19)(19)를 설치하는 한편, 상기한 바이브레팅 해머(3)에는, 헤드측 최선단에 축선교각(절곡각)이 90°를 이루는 반원주상의 홈부(21)가 그루빙(grooving) 성형된 해머헤드(13)가 착탈자재하게 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동하중에 의한 엘보의 제조장치.
- 상하이동이 가능한 상부 바이브레팅 매카니즘(A)상의 바이브레팅 해머헤드에의한 바이브레팅 하중이 피가공물의 상면에 작용함과 아울러, 하부 바이브레팅 매카니즘(B)상에 서로 대향설치 되어 있는 제1바이브레팅 해머(11) 및 제2바이브레팅 해머(11´)가 동시에 피가공물의 양측부에 바이브레팅 하중을 가하므로써 상부의 바이브레팅 하중에 의한 피가공물의 축방향 변형을 그와 동일한 크기의 양측방향 바이브레팅 하중으로 상쇄시키므로써, 피가공물이 진원상태를 유지함과 아울러 그 축선교각(절곡각)이 90°를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동하중에 의한 엘보의 제조방법.
