제1도는 본 발명에 따른 전형적인 실시예에서 크레인의 선회 정지제어장치의 기능구조도.
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 제어장치의 제동 토오크 계산수단의 기능 구조도.
제3도는 제2도에 도시한 제동 토오크 계산수단에 의해 제동토오크의 산술연산을 나타내는 흐름도.

Claims (2)

  1. 건설기계상에서 선회가능하게 설치되어 소정위치에 하중을 권상하는 상부 선회체의 선회정지 제어방법에 있어서, 선회정지의 소망된 제어를 달성하기 위하여 선회 각 가속도를 계산하는 단계, 상기 선회 각 가속도를 근거로하여 상부 선회체를 제동하는데 필요한 상부 선회체 제동 토오크를 계산하는 단계, 상기 선회 각 가속도와 선회제동도중에 권상하중의 요동상태를 근거로 하여 권상하중을 제동하는데 필요한 권상하중제동 토오크를 계산하는 단계, 및 양 제동 토오크를 근거로 하여 제동을 가하는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상부선회체의 선회정지제어방법.
  2. 건설기계상에서 선회가능하게 설치되어 소정위치에 하중을 권상하는 상부 선회체의 선회정지 제어방법에 있어서, 그 장치는 선회정지의 소망된 제어를 달성하기 위하여 선회 각 가속도를 계산하기 위한 선회 각 가속도 계산수단, 상기 선회 각 가속도를 근거로 하여 제동 토오크를 계산하기 위한 제동 토오크 계산수단, 및 상기 제동 토오크를 근거로하여 상부 선회체의 선회정지 제어를 수행하기 위한 제어수단으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 제동 토오크 계산수단은 상기 선회 각 가속도를 근거로 하여 상부 선회체를 제동하는데 필요한 상부 선회체 제동토오크를 계산하기 의한 상부 선회체 제동 토오크 계산수단과, 상기 선회 각 가속도 및 선회제동도중 권상하중의 요동상태를 근거로하여 권상하중을 제동하는데 필요한 권상 하중 제동 토오크를 계산하기 위한 권상하중제동토오크 계산 수단과, 그리고 상기 양 제동 토오크로부터 실제 제동 토오크를 계산하기 위한 전체 제동 토오크 계산 수단으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선회정지 제어장치.
