Claims (9)
- 백혈구 용해제 및 백혈구 리소좀 효소에 대해 특이적인 색원성 또는 형광성 효소 기질을 함유하는 백혈구 검출용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백혈구 용해제가 사포닌인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 기질이 O-페닐렌디아민, 5-티오-2-니트로벤조산, 3-메틸-2-벤조티아졸리논 하이드로존과 3-(디메틸아미노)벤조산의 혼합물, 4-클로로-1-나트톨, 나프톨 블루, 니트로페닐 구아니디노벤조에이트, 2, 3-아지노-디-(3-에틸벤조티아졸린 설폰-6)디암노늄 염, 5-아미노살리실산, 및 형광 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 것인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 기질이 O-페닐렌디아민인 조성물.
- (a) 환자의 복막 세척 시액을 백혈구 용해제 및 리소좀 효소에 특이적인 색원성 또는 형광성 효소 기질과 혼합하고, (b) 시액의 색상 또는 형광을 측정함을 포함하는 복막의 백혈구 리소좀 효소의 검출에 의해 환자의 복막 염증 및 감염을 검출하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 백혈구 용해제가 계면활성제인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 사포닌인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 기질이 O-페닐렌디아민, 5-티오-2-니트로벤조산, 3-메틸-2-벤조티아졸리논 하이드로존과 3-(디메틸아미노)벤조산의 혼합물, 4-클로로-1-나트톨, 나프톨 블루, 니트로페닐 구아니디노벤조에이트, 2, 3-아지노-디-(3-에틸벤조티아졸린 설폰-6)디암모늄 염, 5-아미노살리실산, 및 형광 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 기질이 O-페닐렌디아민인 방법.
