Claims (9)
- 증폭기단은 증폭기단의 증폭도를 전자적으로 조정할 수 있는 제어신호를 받기 위한 제어 입력 수단을 가지며, 증폭도에 대한 바람직하지 않은 온도 영향이 보상되는, 증폭도가 전자적으로 조정되는 증폭기단을 포함한 다단 신호 전송장치에 있어서, 증폭도 성분을 포함하는 제어신호를 발생시키기 위한 그리고 상기 증폭기단의 증폭도를 셋팅하기 위한, 상기 제어 입력수단과 접속된 수단, 및 온도 보상수단을 포함하여 상기 증폭기단의 증폭도의 셋팅과 무관하게 상기 증폭기단을 경유하여 온도변화 보상을 일으키기 위한, 상기 제어 입력수단과 접속된 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 신호 전송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증폭기단의 증폭도는 상기 제어 입력수단에 공급되는 제어신호에 지수적으로 의존적인 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 신호 전송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증폭도의 대수 대 제어신호는 온도와 무관한 기울기를 가지는 제어 특성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 신호 전송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 보상 수단은 제어신호의 온도 의존 성분을 이루는 온도 의존 신호를 발생하며, 온도 의존성분은 증폭도 성분과 함께 상기 증폭기단에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 신호 전송장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 증폭기단의 제어 입력수단은 공통 입력을 포함하며 온도 의존성분과 증폭도 성분은 상기 공통 입력에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 신호 전송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 보상수단은 온도 의존 베이스-에미터 전압을 가지는 트랜지스터를 포함한 제어회로를 포함하며, 상기 증폭기단의 증폭도를 셋팅하기 위한 제어신호가 온도와 무관하며, 상기 제어회로는 제어전류의 형태로 제어신호의 온도 의존 성분을 발생하며 제어전류의 온도 의존도는 상기 제어 회로에서 트랜지스터의 베이스-에미터 전압의 온도 의존도에 의해 초래되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 신호 전송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 입력수단은 공통 입력을 포함하며 증폭될 신호 및 상기 제어신호가 상기공동 입력에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 신호 전송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증폭기단에 전류를 공급하기 위한 전류공급 회로를 포함하며, 상기 증폭기단, 상기 온도 보상수단 및 상기 전류공급 회로는 공동 반도체에 집적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 신호 전송장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 증폭도 성분은 제어전압의 형태이며, 상기 공동 반도체에 집적된, 상기 제어전압을 처리하기 위해 상기 제어 전압에 커플링된 전압원 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 신호 전송장치.
