Description
Claims (20)
- 소수성 오일을 분산-안정 화합물을 함유하는 수성 매체에 강하게 교반하면서 혼합하고, 통상의 방법으로 산성이 조절된 수중분산 오일의 아미노플라스틱 캡슐을 형성시키고 수성 매체의 수성부분을 제거하여, 소수성 오일을, 특히 이에 함유되어 있는 물질과 마이크로 캡슐화함에 있어서, 수송 매체가 수용성, 음이온성, 술폰화멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물과, 이 수용성, 음이온성, 술폰화멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물과 상호 작용하여 분산-안정한 화합물을 형성하는 수용성, 비-막형성 양이온성 화합물을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성, 음이온성, 술폰화멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물이 멜라민기당 평균적으로 약 0.7-1.3의 술포네이트기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수용성, 음이온성, 술폰화멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물이 멜라민기당 평균적으로 약 2-4의 메틸올기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성, 음이온성, 술폰화멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물의 분자량이 약 3,000-300,000임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 수용성, 음이온성, 술폰화멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물의 분자량이 약 5,000-100,000임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성, 음이온성, 술폰화멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물이 약 0.3-25중량%의 양으로 수성상에 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성, 음이온성, 술폰화멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물, 약 1중량부당 약 0.02-5중량부의 상호작용 양이온성 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양이온화 멜라민-포름알데히드 예비 축합물을 상호작용하는 양이온화합물로서 사용하고, 상기 양이온화 멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물이 술폰화멜리만-포름알데히드 예비축합물 존재하의 제조 조건하에서 양이온화 용해할 수 있는 고유의 수용성을 갖는, 비-막형성 멜라민-포름알데히드 축합물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 양이온화 멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물이 2-6개의 트리아진 고리를 갖는 소중합체로 이루어지고 트리아진 고리당 2.5-5의 메틸올기를 함유하고 메틸올 에테르기를 유리시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성, 비이온성 멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물을 아미노플라스틱 캡슐을 형성시키는데 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 메탄올로 부분적으로 에테르화된 멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물을 수용성, 비이온성 멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 우레아-포름알데히드 예비축합물을 아미노플라스틱 캡슐을 형성시키는데 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물과 우레아-포름알데히드 예비축합물을 아미노플라스틱 캡슐을 형성시키는데 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물과 우레아-포름알데히드 예비축합물 이외에 티오우레아, N -알킬우레아, 구아니딘, 아세트구안아민, 벤조구안아인, 카프리노구안아민, 시안아미드, 디시안디아미드와 알킬/아릴 술폰아미드를 주제로한 알데히드 예비축합물과 같은 다른 아미노플라스틱 형성제를 아미노플라스틱 캡슐을 형성시키는데 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성반응계의 점성을 더 감소시키기 위하여, 이에 수용성, 음이온성, 술폰화멜라민-포름알데히드 예비축합물을 더 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소수성오일에 함유되는 물질이 착색반응계의 착색반응물, 향로와 방향제, 향미제, 비타민, 비료, 살충제, 방충제, 살균제, 식물보호제, 청정제, 용매, 윤활제, 야광도료, 액체결정제, 단일 또는 다-성분계용 첨가제, 오일 또는 왁스 담체재료에서의 도료 안료 분산물과 자기안료 분산물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항의 제조방법에 의하여 얻을 수 있는 마이크로캡슐.
- 착색반응 기록지로 착색반응계의 착색반응물을 소수성 오일에 함유시키는, 제17항에 따른 캡슐의 용도.
- 제18항에 있어서, 부분 프린트를 위한 용도.
- 제19항에 있어서, 플렉서 프린트, 스크린, 건습식 옵셋 및 요판프린트용 무수 프린트 잉크에서의 용도.
