Claims (5)
- 제1 및 제 2알루미늄 구동축 부분품을 용접하는 방법에 있어서, a) 제 1부분품의 단부는 내부직경을 형성하며, 반경방향으로 연장되는 납작한 면을 가지는 중공형으로 하고 ; b) 제 2부분품의 단부는 반경방향으로 연장된 납작한 면을 가지는 어깨부로부터 축방향으로 연장된 원통형 단부를 형성하되 그 외부직경이 제 1부분품의 원통형 단부의 내부직경과 거의 동일하게 형성하고 ; c) 제 1부분품의 원통형 단부내에 제 2부분품의 원통형 단부를 육안으로 보이지 않게 (끼워서)설치하되 제 1부분품의 단부면과 제 2부분품의 어깨부 사이에 길이방향의 환형 틈새가 형성되게하여 미리 예정된 거리가 유지되게 하고 ; d) 이 틈새 부분에 불활성 가스 차폐를 제공하고 ; e) 제1 및 제 2부분품들을 용접하기 위한 용접 화합물을 그 틈새에 충진하는 단계로 구성되는 알루미늄 구동축 용접방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 c)에 제 1부분품의 원통형 단부내에 제 2부분품의 원통형 단부를 프레스 끼워 맞춤(press fit)방식으로 육안으로 보이지 않도록 배치시키는 단계를 포함하는 알루미늄 구동축 용접방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 e)에 부분품들을 아-크 용접기에 관하여 완전히 두번 회전시키되, 그 간격의 반을 각 회전시마다 간격(부분품 사이거리)의 반을 용접 화합물로 채우는 단계를 포함하는 알루미늄 구동축 용접방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1부분품이 예정된 벽두께를 가지며 제 1부분품의 원통형 단부와 제 2부분품의 원통형 단부사이의 예정된 거리가 제 1부분품의 벽두께와 동일하게 하는 알루미늄 구동축 용접방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 그 예정된 벽두께가 1/16인치 내지 1/4인치 범위이내인 알루미늄 구동축 용접방법.
