Claims (6)
- 합금으로 된 기록층과 이 기록층의 표면반사율은 저감하는 층을 갖는 광기록매체에 광에너지를 조사하여 이 기록층을 가열함으로써 정보를 기록하거나 소거하는 정보의 기록·소거방법에 있어서, 상기 광에너지를 상기 기록층의 표면반사율을 저감하는 층을 통해 상기 기록층에 입사하고, 상기 기록층을 제1결정과 이 제1결정과 다른 제2결정 사이에서 가역적으로 상변화시켜, 분광반사율을 변화시킴으로써 정보를 기록하거나 소거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록·소거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층의 표면반사율을 저감하는 층이 산화탄탈, 산화크롬, 산화티탄, 산화규소, 산화동, 4·3산화철 및 산화알루미늄으로부터 선택된 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록·소거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층의 표면반사율을 저감하는 층이 상기 기록층의 지지체를 겸하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록·소거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 기판상에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록·소거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층의 표면 반사율을 저감하는 층의 반대측에 열절연층 또는 왜곡완화층을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록·소거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층의 표면반사율을 저감하는 층 위에서 상기 기록층의 반대측에 무색투명층 또는 상기 기록층의 표면반사율을 저감하는 층의 기화 및 증발을 방지하는 보호층을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록·소거방법.
