Claims (5)

  1. (A)(a)유기 폴리이소시아네이트, (b)통계적 평균상 2.5개 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹을 함유하는 분자량 1,800 내지 12,000의 화합물, (c)임의로는, 방향족 결합된 1급-및/또는 2급-아미노 그룹 2개를 함유하는 분자량 108내지 400의 디아민, 및 (d)임의로는, 지방족 디올, 지환족 디올, 지방족 폴리아민 및 지환족 폴리아민중에서 선택되고 에테르그룹을 함유하는 분자량 60 내지 1,799의 화합물 1개 이상을 (e)폴리우레탄 화학계에 공지된 발포제 및 임의의 기타 보조제 및 첨가제의 존재하에서 이소시아네이트지수를 62 내지 200으로 유지하는 일단계 또는 다단계 공정으로 반응시켜 수득한, 크기가 감소된 형태로 존재하는 밀도 0.1내지 1.2g/㎠의 발포된 폴리이소시아네이트 다중 부가생성물(A1)로 이루어진 성분(A) 20중량%이상(모든 배합물 성분의 총중량 기준), (B)충진제 및/또는 보강물질 80중량% 이하(모든 배합물 성분의 총중량 기준), 및 (c)기타 보조제 및 첨가제 50중량%이하(모든 배합물 성분의 총중량 기준)로 이루어지며; 크기가 감소된 형태와 발포된 폴리이소시아네이트 다중 부가생성물을 함유하는 배합물을 승온 및 승압하에서, 발포된 폴리이소시아네이트 다중 부가생성물의 밀도를 비가역적으로 증가시키는 열가소성으로 형상화시키는 단계를 특징으로 하여 성형품 또는 필름 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배합물중 성분(A)가, 크기가 감소된 형태의 발포된 폴리이소시아네이트 다중부가생성물(A1)과, 필름을 역발포시켜 발포체-필름 복합물질을 제조하는데 사용되는 종류의 필름과의 혼합물(A2)인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)의 폴리이소시아네이트 다중 부가생성물의 밀도가 0.1내지 0.79g/㎠인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)를 성분(B)와 혼합하여 배합물을 형성시키고, 이를 열가소성 형상화시키는 방법을 수행하기 전의 성분(A)가 과립, 쉐이빙(shaving), 플레이크(flake) 및/또는 기타 소립자 또는 미소립자의 형태로 존재하는 방법.
  5. 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 성형품 또는 필름.
