Claims (7)
- 엔진의 크랭크축에 부착된 회전 계자극 및 계자철심에 바깥감김된 계자권선과 전기자 철심에 바깥감김된 전기자 권선을 가진 시동겸 충전장치 본체와, 클러치판과 마찰 결합된 부분이 상기 회전 계자극과의 사이에 외기와 연통하는 공간을 형성하도록 쿠션재를 거쳐서 그 회전 계자극에 대향해서 부착된 클러치 플레이트를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 시동겸 충전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클러치 플레이트는 내마모성이 높은 부재로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 시동겸 충전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쿠션재는 내열성이 높은 부재로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 시동겸 충전장치.
- 엔진의 크랭크축에 부착한 회전 계자극 및 계자철심에 바깥감김된 계자권선과 전기자 철심에 바깥감김된 전기 권선으로 구성되며, 엔진 시동시는 상기 계자권선과 전기자 권선을 통전 여자해서 상기 회전 계전극에 토오크를 발생하고, 크랭크축을 회전시켜서 엔진을 시동시키고, 엔진의 시동후는 발전기로서 작동해서 축전지를 충전하는 시동겸 충전장치 본체와, 클러치의 클러치판과 마찰결합된 부분이 상기 회전 계자극과의 사이에 외기에 연통하는 공간을 형성하도록 쿠션재를 거쳐서 그 회전 계자극에 대향해서 부착한 클러치 플레이트를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 시동겸 충전장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 계자권선과 전기자 권선은 축전지로 통전 여자하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 시동겸 충전장치.
- 엔진의 크랭크축에 부착한 회전 계자극 및 계자철심에 바깥감김된 계자권선과 전기자 철심에 바깥감김된 전기 권선으로 구성되며, 엔진 시동시는 상기 계자권선과 전기자 권선을 통전 여자해서 상기 회전 계전극에 토오크를 발생하고, 크랭크축을 회전시켜서 엔진을 시동시키고, 엔진의 시동후는 발전기로서 작동해서 축전지를 충전하는 시동겸 충전장치 본체와, 상기 계자철심 및 전기자 철심을 직접적으로 부착한 실린더 블록과, 클러치의 클러치판과 마찰 결합된 부분이 상기 회전 계자극과의 사이에 외기와연통하는 공간을 형성토록 쿠션재를 거쳐서 그 회전 계자극에 대향해서 부착된 클러치 플레이트를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 시동겸 충전장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실린더 블록에 미션 케이스를 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 시동겸 충전장치.
