Claims (2)
- 한국산 구름버섯의 변종인 코리오루스 베르시 콜로(Fr.) 쿠엘[Coriolus Versicolor(Fr.) Quel] 균사체로부터 추출한 질소함유 다당류 용액을 할로우 화이버 시스템을 사용하여 투석여과 함으로써 비항암성저분자 물질과 염을 제거함을 특징으로 하는 항종양성 다당류의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투석여과시 용액농도를 0.5-1.5%, 할로우 화이버 시스템의 용액공급압력을 10-15Psi, 할로우 화이버 시스템의 출구밸브 제한에 의한 증가압력을 7-12Psi로 하여 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
