Claims (4)
- 반송된 수지 피복 맨드렐의 피복 수지 외주면에 접착제를 도포하고, 이 수지 피복 맨드렐을 접착제 교축장치에 통과시키고, 접착제교축 장치의 선단에 설치한 나이론의 긴 섬유로 둥글게 짠 교축부재에 의해 상기 피복 수지의 외주면의 접착제를 균일화시키고, 그 후, 접착제건조 공정을 거쳐 호스 제조 공정으로 이송시키는 호스 제조공정의 접착제도포 방법.
- 호스 제조공정의 맨드렐의 반송 공정에 설치된 접착제도포 장치의 접착제건조 공정 사이에 상하. 좌우 방향으로 요동가능하게 지지된 테이퍼 통형상의 접착제교축 장치를 설치하고, 상기한 접착제교축 장치의 테이퍼 통형상의 선단부에 수지 피복 맨드렐의 피복 수지 외주면에 도포된 접착제를 균일하게 하는 나일론의 긴 섬유로 둥글게 짠 교축부재를 설치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 제조 공정의 접착제도포 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착제교축 장치를 판 스프링, 고무, 수지 재료에 의해 테이퍼 통형상의 통형상체에 형성하고, 이 통형상체의 내면에 나일론의 긴 섬유로 둥글게 짠 섬유부재를 피복하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착제교축 장치 나일론의 긴 섬유로 둥글게 짠 통형상 부재를 양끝을 서로 반대방향으로 비틀어서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
