Claims (4)
- 열간 압연후 스테인레스 강대의 표면에 알칼리 토류 금속 염화물 용액을 도포한후 침투시키고 이어서 어닐링을 행하면서 전술한 알칼리 토류 금속염화물 용액을 건조시켜서 고체 형상을 이루고, 또한 가열하여 전술한 스테인레스 강대의 표면에 발생된 산화 스케일을 용융시키고, 계속하여 스케일 제거처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 강대의 스케일 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 알칼리 토류 금속 염화물 용액의 농도가 10%이상, 40%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 강대의 스케일 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 스케일 제거 처리가 연삭 브러시, 벨트연삭, 벤딩롤, 핀치롤 중 적어도 1종류를 이용하는 기계적 스케일 제거 처리인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 강대의 스케일 제거방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전술한 스케일 제거 처리가 전술한 기계적 스케일 제거 처리와, 질산 및/또는 황산을 이용하는 과학적 화학적 스케일 제거 처리와의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 강대의 스케일 제거방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
