Claims (8)

  1. 목적하는 단백질에 대한 구조 유전자를 텐다미스타트(tendamistat)의 시그날 서열 및 대략 처음 10개의 아미노-말단 아미노산에 대한 코돈(여기에서, 덴다미스타트 유전자 서열은 변화시킬 수 있다)에 커플링시키고, 이 유전자 구조물을 스크랩토마이세스 숙주 세포에서 발현시킨 다음, 분비된 융합 단백질을 상등액으로부터 분리 시킴을 특징으로 하는, 융합 단백질의 제조방법.
  2. 텐다미스타트의 시그날 서열 및 대략 처음 10개의 코돈 및 다른 단백질에 대한 구조 유전자를 함유하는 유전자 구조물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 아미노산에 대한 코돈이 덴다미스타트 영역에서 결실되거나, 대체되거나 또는 부가된 유전자 구조물.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 링커 서열이 덴다미스타트 유전자와 목적하는 단백질의 구조 유전자 사이에 배열되어 있는 유전자 구조물.
  5. 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에서 청구된 유전자 구조물을 함유하는 벡터.
  6. 제5항에서 청구된 벡터를 함유하는 스트렙토마이세스 세포.
  7. 텐다미스타트의 대략 처음 10개의 아미노산의 N-말단부분이, 필요한 경우 브릿지 서열을 통해, 목적하는 단백질에 커플링된 융합 단백질.
  8. 목적하는 단백질을 제조하기 위한, 제7항에서 청구된 융합 단백질 또는 제1항에서 청구된 바와 같이 수득할 수 있는 융합 단백질의 용도.
