Claims (26)

  1. (A)일정한 길이 및 폭을 갖는 유체 투과성 내층:(B) 일정한 길이 및 폭을 갖는 외층;(C) 상기 내층과 외층 사이에 위치하며, 일정한 길이 및 폭을 갖는 흡수성 구조체; 및 (D) 가먼트의 거의 전체 길이를 따라 가먼트에 신장 결합됨으로써 이완 상태일 경우, 가먼트의 상기 내층, 외층 및 흡수성 구조체의 길이를 전체적으로 감소시킬 수 있는 일반적으로 평행인 2개 이상의 엘라스토머성 스트랜드로 이루어지는, 일정한 길이, 폭 및 두께를 갖는 신축형 흡수성 가먼트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내층이 부드럽고 천과 유사한 부직물인 가먼트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외층이 부드럽고 천과 유사한 부직물인 가먼트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 구조체의 폭이 상기 내층 또는 외층 중 적어도 1개의 폭보다 작은 가먼트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 구조체의 폭이 상기 내층 및 외층 모두의 폭보다 작은 가먼트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 이완 상태일 경우, 상기 엘라스토머성 스트랜드가 가먼트의상기 내층, 외층 및 흡수성 구조체의길이를 전체적으로 약40%이상 감솟키는 가먼트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 구조체가 셀룰로오스성섬유층 및 고흡수성 물질로 이루어진 가먼트.

  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외층 또는 내층 중 적어도 1개가 상기 가먼트의 한 종단부에서 일정한 길이 및 폭을 가지며, 그 길이를 따라 신장 결합된 일반적으로 평행인 2개 이상의 엘라스토머성 스트랜드를 가지며, 그 길이를 따라 슬릿(slit)되어 있음으로써 사용중 상기 가먼트를 그 위치에 지지하는 부착 수단을 형성하고 있는 종단면을 한정하는 가먼트.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 종단면에 부착된 보강 수단을 추가로 포함하는 가먼트.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 외층 또는 내층이 일정한 길이 및 폭을 가지며, 그 길이를 따라 신장 결합된 일반적으로 평행인 2개 이상의 엘라스토머성 스트랜드를 가지며 그 길이를 따라 슬릿되어 있음으로써 사용 중 상기 가먼트를 그 위치에 지지하는 부착 수단을 형성하고 있는 2개의 종단면을 한정하고, 1개의 종단면이 상기 가먼트 각각의 종단부에 위치한 가먼트.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 종단면의 폭이 일반적으로 가먼트의 폭과 동일한 가먼트.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 이완 상태에서 엘라스토머성 스트랜드가 가먼트의 폭을 거의 감소시키지 않는 가먼트.

(A)일정한 길이 및 폭을 갖는 유체 투과성 내층 (B)부드럽고 천과 유사한 부직물로 부터 형성되며 일정한 길이 및 폭을 갖는 외층;(C) 셀룰로오스성 섬유층 및 고흡수능 물질로서 구성되고 상기 내층과 외층 사이에 위치되어 있는 일정한 길이 폭을 갖는 흐수성 구조체;(D) 상기 흡수성 구조체와 상기 외층 사이에 위치한 유체 불투과성층; 및(E) 가먼트의 거의 전체 길이를 따라 가먼트에 신장 결합됨으로써 이완 상태일 경우, 가먼트의 상기내층, 외층 흡수성 구조체 및 유체 불투과성층의 길이를 전체적으로 약40%이상 감소시킬 수 있는, 일반적으로 평행인 4개 이상의 엘라스토머성 스트랜드로 이루어지는 일정한 길이, 폭 및 두께를 갖는 신축형 흡수성 가먼트.
  25. (A) 상기 가먼트의 거의 전체 길이를 따라 일반적으로 평행인 4개 이상의 엘라스토머성 스트랜드를 신장 결합시키고, 그중 2개 이상의 스트랜드가 가먼트의 전체 두께에 걸쳐서 다른 곳에 위치되고, (B) 내층, 외층 및 흡수성 코어를 서로 결합시키는 단계로 이루어지는 일정한 길이 및 폭을 갖는 유체 불투과성층, 일정한 길이 및 폭을 갖는 외층 및 상기 내층과 외층 사이에 위치되고 일정한 길이 및 폭을 갖는 흡수성 구조체로 이루어지는 신축형 흡수성 가먼트의 제조방법,
