제1도는 본 발명에 의한 방법을 실시하기 위한 단사 및 원단 유도 장치의 예시도이며, 제2도는 제1도의 단사 및 원단 유도 장치를 종래의 직기의 '템플바'에 부착시키기 위한 주요 부품 분해 예시도이며, 제3도는 본 발명에 의한 셀베이지 조직 예시도이다.
Claims (2)
- 에어 제트 직기등과 같은 셔틀 레스 직기에 의하여 직물을 제직할때 셀베이지 밖으로 노출된 위사 부분 즉, 단사를 셀베이지 조직안으로 들어가서 셀베이지의 일부가 되도록 구성하는 방법에 있어서, 셀베이지 밖으로 노출된 단사를 셀베이지 안쪽 방향으로 분사되는 제트에어에 의하여 다음 위입 직전에 셀베이지 조직속으로 들어가도록 하여 다음 위사와 함께 셀베이지가 제직 되도록함을 특징으로하는 에어제트 직기등과 같은 셔틀레스 직기에 있어서의 셀베이지 제직방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단사를 셀베이지 안쪽으로 제트에어에 의하여 들어가도록 하는 방법으로서 단사 및 원단유도장치(1)에는 원단 유도홈(4)가 단사유도홈(5)을 형성시키는데 각홈(4)(5)는 양쪽 끝부분에서 앞모서리(6)부분으로 서서히 경사지게 하고 홈의 측면에 제트 에어가 분사될 수 있는 제트 에어터널(2)를 천공하므로서 단사 유도홈(5)안으로 위사가 들어오게한 후 제트 에어를 공급하여 단사(10)을 열린곳의 홈(8)안으로 들어가서 다음 위사와 함께 셀베이지 조직안에서 제직되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 에어제트 직기등과 같은 셔틀레스 직기에 있어서의 셀베이지 제직방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
