Description
Claims (14)
- 물리신호의 한물리상태를 다른 물리상태로 변환하기 위한 변환수단과, 최소한 한쪽방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 상기의 변환수단을 지지하고 한쪽끝은 상기의 변환수단에 고정되고 다른한쪽끝은 밑판에 고정된 지지수단과, 소정의 위치로 상기의 변환수단을 이동시키기위해 상기의 지지수단을 구동시키기 위한 상기의 밑판과 상기의 변환수단중의 최소하나에 고정된 구동수단으로서 구성되고, 상기의 지지수단은 상기 변환수단의 이동방향에 대해서는 유연하고 상기 축선과 평향한 방향에 데헤서는 강할 수 있도록 상기 변환수단의 이동방향에 대한 수직축선으로 최소한개의 원호로 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 지지수단은 탄성재료로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 지지수단은 도전재료로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 구동수단은 구동력을 전자기적으로 발생하기 위한 전자기 구동수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 변환수단은 자기록매체상에 데이터를 기록하거나 자기기록매체로부터 데이터를 제생하는 자기헤드로서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 변화수단은 기록매체상에 데이터를 기록하거나 기록매체로부터 데이터를 재생하기 위한 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또한, 최소한, 상기의 변환수단을 지지하기 위한 다른 지지수단으로서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 또한, 한쪽은 상기의 변환수단에 고정되고 다른 한쪽은 상기의 구동수단에 고정된 고정부품으로 구성되고, 상기 고정부품의 무게중심은 상기 변환수단을 포함한 가동부의 무게중심과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기의 지지수단은 상기 고정부품의 무게중심에 대한 평형위치에서 상기의 변환수단을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기의 지지수단은 상기 고정부품의 무게중심에 대해 수평하고 수직하게 대칭을 이룬위치에서 상기의 변환수단에 지지되는 원호형의 부드러운 제료로서 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단의 구동방향은 상기 고정부품의 무게중심을 통과하는 선인 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밑판은 상기 고정부품의 무게중심을 관통하고 상기 변환수단의 이동방향에 평행한선에 대해 대칭이며 각각 평행인 평면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 또한 상기 밑판의 평행평면에 대하여 각각 평행한 평면을 갖는 지지부품으로서 구성되고, 상기 지지수단의 한쪽은 가동부에 고정되고 다른 한쪽은 상기의 지지수단에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기의 지지부품은 각각 평행한 평판인 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스듀우서 구동장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
