Claims (10)
- 구조식(Ⅰ)의 데옥시물룬도칸딘 화합물, 이의 화학적 등가물, 또는 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 유도체.
- 아스퍼길러스 시도위(Aspergillus sydowil)Y-30462(DSM 5745)를 탄소원, 질소원 및 무기염을 함유하는 영양 배지중에서 호기성 조건하에 배양함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따른 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 25℃내지 30℃의 온도에서 배양하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, pH6내지 7에서 배양하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약 26℃의 온도 및 약 pH6.5에서 배양하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 66시간이상 동안 배양하는 방법.
- 제2내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액침 배양법으로 배양하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 화합물을 필요한 경우 통상의 보조제 및/또는 비이클과 함께 함유하는 약제.
- 항효모작용, 항진균성작용 및/또는 면역조절 작용을 갖는 약제를 제조하기 위한 제1항에 따른 화합물의 용도.
