Claims (7)
- 흡입구에 배치된 흡입밸브의 상류부의 흡입통로에 제공된 연료선회식 연료분사밸브로 이루어진 내연기관을 연료분사시스템에 있어서, 연료분사밸브가 선회식으로 연료분사밸브에 의하여 분사되는 연료스프레이의 형식을 연료분사밸브가 장착된 위치에서 보듯이 흡입구의 형상에 보정하는 보정수단이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 연료분사시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡입밸브는 내연기관의 각 실린더의 하나에 제공되고, 보정수단은 선회시 연료분사밸브를 통하여 분사된 연료스프레이를 편평한 형상에 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 연료분사밸브는 단일 연료분사 오리피스를 가지며, 오리프스를 통하여 분사된 연료의 방향을 부분적으로 제어하기 위하여 상기 보정수단은 오리피스의 직경보다 약간 큰 거리로 서로 이격되고 그 사이에 오리피스와 서로 대면하는 2개의 반대벽부로 한정되고, 오리피스에 대하여 대칭으로 배치되며 그곳에서 등간격으로 이격된 분사방향 제어통로로 반드시 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 흡입밸브가 내연기관의 각 실린더에 대하여 제공되고, 상기 보정수단은 선회식으로 연료분사밸브를 통하여 분사된 연료스프레이를 보정하여 그 주스트림이 편평한 형상을 가진 단면을 가진 2분기 스트림으로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 연료분사밸브는 단일 연료분사 오리피스를 가지며, 오리프스를 통하여 분사된 연료의 방향을 부분적으로 제어하기 위하여 상기 보정수단은 오리피스의 직경보다 약간 큰 거리로 서로 이격되고 그 사이에 오리피스와 서로 대면하는 2개의 반대벽부에 의하여 한정된 분사방향 제어통로와 오리피스에 관하여 대칭적으로 배치되고 그로부터 등간격으로 이격되며 비교적 큰 직경을 가진 2개의 아크형벽부와 2개의 반대벽부와 2개의 아크형 벽부를 서로 원활하게 연결하는 4개의 만곡벽부로 반드시 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 벽부의 크기는 2개의 반대벽부사이의 거리가 d이고 2개의 아크형벽부의 직경이 D라 가저하면 D/d값이 2이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사시스템.
- 흡입구에 배치된 흡입밸브의 상류 흡입통로에 제공된 연료선회식의 연료분사밸브로 이루어진 내연기관용 연료분사시스템에 있어서, 상기 연료분사밸브는 연료분사밸브가 장착된 위치에서 보듯이 흡입구의 형상에 선회식으로 오리피스를 통하여 분사된 연료분사스페리의 형식을 보정하는 보정수단을 그 오리피스의 출구부에 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
