Claims (2)
- 평행한 특징부를 가진 측정대상물을 텔레비젼카메라에 의해 도입하고, 화상신호를 얻는 화상입력수단과, 상기 특징부에 대하여 직각방향으로 설정한 복수의 주사라인과 상기 특정부와의 교차점을 검출하는 특징점검출수단과, 주사라인과 평행한 기준선 X축상에 상기 특징점군을 투영하여 양특징부에 대하여 상기 X축상에 있어서의 특징점이 존재하는 위치의 빈도분포 데이터의 집합 NL및 NRNL=NR= 을 구하는 특징점존재 빈도분포포작성수단과,상기 집합요소각각에 대해서 i 및j를 1에서부터 m및 n까지 순차변화시켜,가 값0에서부터 0이 아닌값을 취할때의 i,j의 값에서부터 다음에및가 0으로 되는때의 i,j의 값까지의를 각각1개의크루우프로서 인식하는 그루우핑수단과, 상기 그루우핑수단에 있어서,또는 그 상방으로 복수의 그루우프가 검출되었을 경우, 측정조건에 따라 그루우프를 선택하는 그루우프선택수단과, 상기 그루우르선택수단에 의해서 선택된 그루우프의 구성요소의 총평균을 구하여 특징부의 임시중심하는 임시중심산출수단과, 상기를 중심으로 해서 미리 정해진 유효범위내의 양특징부의 각각의 특징점의 X좌표군 의 평균치 a,b를 취하여 상기 특징점군의 X좌표에 있어서의 하나의 대표로서 양특징부를 표시하는 직선 X=a, x=b를 구하는 특징부산출수단과, 양특징부를 표현한는 직선식으로부터 폭 h=b-a를 구하고, 측정대상물의 폭을 검출하는 폭검출수단을 구비한 특징으로하는 폭측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그루우프선택수단은의 경우 i의 작은쪽,의 경우 j의 큰쪽의 그루우프를 선택하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 폭측정창치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
