Claims (2)
- 외부 전원에 접속된 전원 단자(21), 외부 접지 전위점에 접속된 접지 단자(25), 외부 회로로 부터의 입력 신호가 입력되는 입력 단자(15), 한 단자가 접지된 외부 부하의 다른 단자에 접속된 출력 단자(19), 상기 입력 단자에 입력된 입력 신호에 따라서 구동되는 전자 회로(17, 18), 상기 접지 단자가 상기 외부 접지 전위점에서 해제된 것을 상기 접지 단자의 전위 변화로서 검출하는 접지 단자 해제 검출 회로(22, 26) 및 상기 접지 단자 해제 검출 회로로 부터의 검출 신호에 응답하여 상기 전자 회로를 보호하는 보호 회로(16, 24)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접지 해제 보호 회로를 갖는 전자 회로 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 회로가 상기 입력 단자로 부터의 입력 신호를 수신하는 출력 드라이버 회로(17), 상기 출력 드라이버 회로로 부터의 출력 신호를 수신하는 출력 스위칭 회로로 구성되고, 상기 보호회로가 최소한 상기 전원 단자와 상기 접지 단자간 전압이 소정 레벨 이하일때, 상기 출력 스위칭 소자의 구동을 정지시킴과 동시에 저전압 검출 신호를 출력시키는 저전압 보호 회로(24), 및 상기 입력 단자와 상기 출력 드라이버 회로사이에 삽입되고, 상기 접지 단자 해제 검출 회로로 부터의 검출 신호 및 상기 저전압 보호 회로로 부터의 저전압 검출 신호가 공급될 때, 상기 입력 신호를 차단함으로써 상기 출력 드라이버 회로의 구동 전압 출력을 정지시키는 입력 차단 회로(16)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접지 해제 보호회로를 갖는 전자 회로 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
