Description
Claims (6)
- 선형 또는 원형으로 배치된 복수개의 전동체와, 상기 전동체의 전동면과 접촉하는 복수의 고체윤활제와, 각각의 전동체상에 상기 복수의 고체윤활제를 각각 압접하는 복수개의 탄성체와, 상기 진동체가 회전하는 적어도 하나의 전동면을 가지는 적어도 하나의 안내부재와, 상기 전동면상에 형성된 적어도 하나의 고체윤활제피막으로 이루어진 고체윤활베어링장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전동체가 보올 또는 원통형로울러인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체윤활베어링장치.
- 선형 또는 원형으로 배치된 복수개의 전동체와, 상기 전동체의 전동면과 접촉하는 복수의 고체윤활제와, 각각의 전동체상에 상기 복수의 고체윤활제를 압접하는 복수개의 탄성부재와, 상기 전동체가 회전하는 적어도 하나의 전동면을 가지며 상기 전동면상에 형성되어 내부에 상기 고체윤활제가 충전되어 있는 적어도 하나의 안내홈을 가지는 안내부재와, 상기 홈부의 일부를 제외한 상기 전동면상에 형성된 적어도 하나의 경질막으로 이루어진 고체윤활베어링장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전동체가 보올 또는 원통형로울러인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체윤활베어링장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전동면상에 형성된 홈이, 상기 고체윤활제가 상기 전동체의 회전에 의해 벗겨질 때, 이 고체윤활제의 벗겨진 분말을 집속하는 방향으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체윤활베어링장치.
- 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 홈이 마름모꼴 또는 장방형인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체윤활베어링장치.
