Claims (7)
- 가축분으로부터 분리배양되고, 통성혐기성 상태에서 생육가능하며, 발효에 의해 탈취 및 환경정화능이 있는 바실러스 DS-1(KCTC 8470 P).
- 가축분으로부터 분리배양되고, 통성혐기성 상태에서 생육 가능하며, 섬유소자화능을 가지면서 탈취 및 환경정화능이 있는 셀루로모나스 DS-2(KCTC 8471 P).
- 부패된 가축분을 취하여 pH 8.0의 완충용액에 현탁시키고, 이를 LB 한천 평판배지에 도말한 다음, 이 평판배지를 혐기성 조건에서 37℃로 유지하면서 생존한 균주를 분리해 내는 바실러스 DS-1(KCTC 8470P)의 제조방법.
- 부패된 가축분을 취하여 pH 8.0 인산염 완충용액에 현탁시키고, 이를 LB 한천 평판배지에 도말한 다음, 이 평판배지에다 탄소원으로 0.5%의 카아복실메틸 셀룰로오즈를 포말시킨 후, 셀룰로오즈를 자화할 수 있는 균주를 분리해내는 셀루로모나스 DS-2(KCTC 8471P)의 제조방법.
- 신균주 바실러스 DS-1(KCTC 8470P)과 셀루로모나스 DS-2(KCTC 8471P)를 함유하는 가축분뇨처리용 발효미생물균제.
- 제 5 항에 있어서 바실러스 DS-1(KCTC 8470P)과 셀루로모나스 DS-2(KCTC 8471P)는 약 1:1의 비율로 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발효미생물균제.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 미생물균제에는 첨가제로서 발효촉진제가 미생물균제 전체중량의 10-60% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발효미생물균제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
