무우채 세절기
제1도는 본고안의 분해사시도.

본고안은 많은 량의 무우채를 단시간에 보다 위생적으로 썰수 있도록한 무우채 세절기에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 칼이나 채칼을 이용하여 무우채를 썰었기 때문에 작업능률이 낮고 무우채의 굵기가 균일하지 못하며 무우를 손으로 직접 잡고 썰기 때문에 비위생적인 등의 단점이 있는 것이다.
본고안은 이러한 단점을 시정하기 위하여 실린더 단부에 절단칼을 종횡으로 설치하여서된 것으로서 이를 첨부 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
지지테(2) (2')내에 일정간격으로 다수의 칼날(3) (3')을 세워 용착한 절단칼(1) (1')을 실린더(4)의 하단부에 볼트로 체착하되 위쪽 절단칼(1)의 칼날(3)과 아랫쪽 절단칼(1')의 칼날(3')이 서로 종횡으로 교차되게 하여서 된 것이다.
미 설명 부호 (5)는 피스톤 (6)은 무우이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본고안은 "제2도"에서와 같이 무우(6)를 실린더(4)내에 넣고 피스톤(5)으로 누르면 윗쪽 절단칼(1)의 칼날(3)에 의하여 종으로 썰어지고 아랫쪽 절단칼(1)의 칼날(3')에 의하여 횡으로 썰어져 무우채가 되는 것이다.
따라서 본고안은 무우(6)가 절단칼(1) (1')의 많은 칼날(3) (3')에 의하여 단시간에 썰어져 무우채가 되므로 짧은 시간내에 많은 량의 무우채를 만들수 있고 무우채의 크기가 일정하게 균일하며 무우를 손으로 잡지 않고 썰므로 보다 위생적인 등의 장점이 있는 것이다.
본고안에서 피스톤(5)은 사람의 손으로 누를수도 있고 유압이나 공기압 또는 기타의 방법으로 누를수도 있다.

  1. 지지테(2) (2')내에 다수의 칼날(3) (3')이 용접설치된 절단칼(1) (1')을 실린더(4) 하단에 볼트로 체착하되 위쪽 절단칼(1)의 칼날(3)과 아랫쪽 절단칼(1')의 칼날(3')이 종횡으로 교차되게 설치하여서 된 무우채 세절기.
