Claims (6)
- 반사성 매체에 제1편광을 갖는 레이저 비임을 보내기 위해, 초점에러검출을 위하여 상기 매체로 부터의 상기 레이저 비임의 반사비임에서 회절비임을 발생하는 회절격자를 포함하는 레이저펜 : 상기 레이저 비임의 상기 제1편광에 직교하는 제2편광을 갖는 상기 반사비임의 제1성분의 모두를 실제로 반사시키기 위하여 상기 회절격자와 상기 매체 사이에 장치된 편광 비임 스플리터 : 및 상기 반사성분을 검출하기 위한 광검출기 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사성 매체에 기록된 정보를 판독하기 위한 자기광헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비임 스플리터는 상기 레이저 비임과 동일한 편광을 갖는 상기 반사비임의 제2성분의 모두를 실제로 상기 회절격자에 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2편광의 광을 보내기 위해 상기 편광 비임 스플리터와 상기 광검출기 수단 사이에 장치된 분석기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비임 스플리터는 상기 레이저 비임과 동이한 편광을 갖는 상기 반사비음의 제2성분부분을 반사하며, 상기 반사성분을 받아서 다수의 회절비임을 발생하기 위하여 장치된 제2회절격자 : 상기 회절비임의 하나를 인터셉트하도록 장치된 제2광검출기 수단 : 및 상기 제 1 편광에 본질적으로 직교하는 편광을 갖는 상기 반사 성분부분으로 보내기 위하여 상기 제2회절격자와 제2광검출기 수단 사이에 장치된 제2분석기 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광헤드.
- 초점 에러 검출을 위해 상기 매체로부터 의 상기 레이저 비임의 반사비임에서 회절비임을 발생시키기 위한 회절격자를 포함하는 상기 매체에 레이저 비임을 보내기 위한 레이저펜 : 상기 레이저 비임에 직교하는 편광을 갖는 상기 반사비임의 성분의 실질적인 부분을 반사하며, 상기 레이저 비임과 동일한 편광을 갖는 상기 반사비임 성분부분을 상기 회절격자에 보내며 또한 상기 제2성분부분을 반사하기 위하여 상기 회절격자와 상기 매체 사이에 장치된 편광 비임 스플리터 : 상기 반사성분으로부터 다수의 상이한 비임을 발생하기 위한 제2회절격자 : 상기 제2회절격자로부터 비임을 검출하기 위한 제1 및 제2광검출기 : 및 상기 제2회절격자와 상기 제1 및 제2광검출기 사이에 각각 장치되는 제1편광에 대해 대략 45°각을 이룬 제2편광의 광을 보내는 제1편광자 및 제2편광에 대해 대략 90°각을 이룬 제3편광의 광을 보내는 제2편광자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광헤드.
- 레이저 비임을 방사하기 위한 반도체 레이저 수단 : 반사비임의 광축에 대해 각을 이룬 광축을 갖는 회절비임을 상기 매체로 부터의 상기 레이저 비임의 반사비임에서 발생하기 위해 상기 레이저수단과 상기 매체사이에 위치되며, 상기 매체상의 상기 레이저 비임의 초점 변화량에 응하여 상기 회절비임에 있어서, 공간적 변화량을 발생하도록 패턴화된 회절격자 : 상기 회절비임에서의 상기 공간적 변화량을 검출하기 위하여 상기 회절비임을 인터셉트하도록 위치된 제1광검출기 수단 : 상기 레이저 비임에 직교하는 편광을 갖는 상기 반사비임의 실질적인 모든 성분을 반사하기 위해 상기 회절격자와 상기 매체사이에 장치된 편광 비임 스플리터 : 및 상기 반사성분을 검출하기 위한 제2광검출기 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사성 매체에 기록된 정보를 판독하기 위한 자기광헤드.
