Claims (16)
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 M이 Si 또는 Ge인 신규의 테트라아자포르핀.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 2개의 Y가 트리알킬실록실기인 신규의 테트라아자포르핀.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, A1, A2, A3및 A4로 표시되는 고리가 모두 질소 함유방향고리인 신규의 테트라아자포르핀.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 A1, A2, A3및 A4로 표시되는 고리가 모두 동일한 질소 함유 방향고리인 신규의 테트라아자포르핀.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 A1, A2, A3및 A4로 표시되는 방향고리에 결합한 유기 치환기가 하기의 치환기로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 기이며, A1, A2, A3및 A4로 표시되는 방향고리의 치환 가능한 위치가 적어도 1개 치환된 신규의 테트라아자포르핀.-R1-OR2-SiR3R4R5-SO2NR6R7-CO·R8-COOR9-O·COR10-CO·NHR11-NR12R13-SR14-SO2R15및-X1[상기 식중, R1~R15는 수소원자, 알킬기, 치환기를 갖는 알킬기 또는 아릴기를 나타내고, X1은 할로겐원자를 나타낸다.]
- 일반식(Ⅱ)로서 표시되는 신규인 테트라아자포르핀을 일반식(Ⅲ)으로서 표시되는 클로로실란, 일반식(Ⅳ)로서 표시되는 실란을, 일반식(Ⅴ)로서 표시되는 알코올 또는 일반식(Ⅵ)으로서 표시되는 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)로서 표시되는 신규인 테트라아자포르핀의 제조법.[상기 식중, M은 Si, Ge 또는 Sn을 나타내고, Y는 아릴록실기, 알콕실기, 트리알킬실록실기, 트리아릴실록실기, 트리알콕시실록실기, 트리아릴록시실록실기, 트리틸록실기 또는 아니실록실기를 나타내는데 2개의 Y는 동일하거나 상이하여도 좋으며, A1, A2, A3및 A4로 표시되는 고리는 유기치환기가 결합하여도 좋은 방향고리를 나타내고, A1, A2, A3및 A4는 동일하거나 상이하여도 좋으며, A1, A2, A3및 A4의 적어도 하나는 질소 함유방향고리이고, R16및 R17은 각각 알킬기, 아릴기, 알콕실기 또는 아릴옥실기이며, R18은 알킬기 또는 아릴기이고, R19는 알킬기이며, X2는 할로겐원자, 히드록실기 또는 아실록실기이다.]
- 제9항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ) 및 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 M이 Si 또는 Ge인 신규의 테트라아자포르핀의 제조법.
- 제9 및 제10항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅲ) 및 일반식(Ⅳ)에서 R15및 R16이 알킬기이며, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 2개의 Y가 트리알킬실록실기인 신규의 테트라아자포르핀의 제조법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ) 및 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 A1, A2, A3및 A4로 표시되는 고리가 모두 질소 함유 방향고리인 신규의 테트라아자포르핀의 제조법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ) 및 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 A1, A2, A3및 A4로 표시되는 고리가 모두 동일한 질소 함유 방향고리인 신규의 테트라아자포르핀의 제조법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, A1, A2, A3및 A4로 표시되는 방향고리를 갖는 유기치환기가 하기의 치환기로 구성된 군에서 선택되며, A1, A2, A3및 A4로 표시되는 방향고리의 치환 가능한 위치가 적어도 1개 치환된 신규의 테트라아자포르핀의 제조법.c-R1-OR2-SiR3R4R5-SO2NR6R7-CO·R8-COOR9-O·COR10-CO·NHR11-NR12R13-SR14-SO2R15및-X1[상기 식중, R1~R15는 수소원자, 알킬기, 치환기를 갖는 알킬기 또는 아릴기를 나타내고, X1은 할로겐원자를 나타낸다.]
