Claims (6)

  1. 근본적으로 2,3-디클로로-1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 약43-53중량%, 트랜스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌 약42-52중량% 및 메탄올 약 3-9중량%로 구성되는 공비 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 2,3-디클로로-1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 약47.7중량%, 트랜스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌 약 46.7중량% 및 메탄올 약 5.6%인 공비 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 실질적 대기압에서 약 41.0℃의 비점을 가지는 공비 조성물.
  4. 제1항의 공비 조성물로 상기 표면을 처리시키는 것으로 구성되는 고체 표면을 클리이닝시키는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 고체 표면이 융제 및 융제-잔류물로 오염된 인쇄 회로판인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 고체 표면이 금속인 방법.
