Claims (1)
- 석영관(30㎜-80㎜)을 사용하여 텅스텐 전극 모리브덴 전극을 양측면에 삽입시켜 관을 녹여 밀봉시킨뒤 진공시키고 헬륨(He) 까스를 충진하여 100V 이상 20W의 변압기로 빔을 형성하여 발열시키는 초진공 헬륨 발열관이며 석영관 양측부위의 세라믹 마개로 접착시키고 중앙에 텅스텐, 모리브덴 전극을 삽입시켜서 밀봉하고 진공시킨뒤 헬륨 까스를 충진하여 1000V이상 변압기로 빔을 형성하여 발열시키는 초진공 헬륨 발열관과 내관에 외관(내관과 외관 사이는 5㎜)을 씌워서 밀봉시켜 진공한뒤 헬륨 까스를 충진한것과 하지 않은것 두 가지의 이중관으로서 발열량을 증대시키는 초진공 헬륨 발열관의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
