Description

자동차용 성형 천정재 및/그의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라서 기재 물질의 시이트 각각의 면상에 섬유상 보강재가 분포되어 있는 기재 물질의 시이트의 부분 투시도이고,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 양태의 자동차용 성형 천정재(celling material)의 단면도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. (A) 두층의 표면재, 및 (B) 두층의 표면재 사이에 삽입되어 있고 팜섬유, 아마섬유 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 기재물질 300∼800g/㎡과 유기섬유, 무기섬유 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 섬유 길이가 20~100mm인 섬유상 보강재로 구성되어 있는 섬유상 코아로 구성된 자동차용 성형 천정재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유상 코아가 기재물질 300∼800g/㎡을 함유하며, 그의 적어도 한쪽 표면상에 섬유상 보강재의 섬유가 임의로 배열되어 있는 섬유상 보강재층을 포함하는 기재 물질층으로 구성된 자동차용 성형 천정재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 기재 물질층의 각 표면상에 섬유상 보강재층이 포함되어 있는 성형 천정재.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 기재 물질이 팜섬유 또는 아마섬유이고, 보강재가 유리섬유이며, 표면재가 발포 우레탄 시이트인 자동차용 성형 천정재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유상 코아가 기재 물질과 섬유상 보강재의 혼합물로 구성된 층인데, 이때 이 층중에 존재하는 기재 물질의 양은 300∼800g/㎡이고, 이 층중에 존재하는 섬유상 보강재의 양은 기재 물질과 섬유상 보강재 전체 중량의 20~40중량%의 자동차용 성형 천정재.
  6. 유기 섬유, 무기섬유 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 보강재의 로우빙을 팜섬유, 아마섬유 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 기재 물질의 시이트 표면중 적어도 한면상에 임의의 방향으로 분포시켜서 보강재의 로우빙층을 기재 물질의 시이트 표면중 적어도 한면상에 포함시키는데, 이때 보강재의 로우빙은 20∼100㎜ 길이로 절단되어 있고, 기재 물질의 시이트중에 존재하는 보강재의 양은 300∼800/㎡이며; 액상의 페놀성 수지 접착제를 로우빙층에 도포하여서 로우빙층을 액상의 페놀성 수지 접착제로 함침시키며; 액상의 페놀성 수지 접착제로 함침된 로우빙충을 포함하는 기재 물질의 시이트를 2매의 표면재 시이트 사이에 삽입하여 적층을 형성하고; 이 적층을 가압하에 가열하여 성형함을 특징으로 하여 자동차용 성형 천정재를 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 로우빙이 기재 물질의 시이트의 각 표면상에 분포되어 있고, 기재 물질이 팜섬유 또는 아마 섬유이며, 보강재가 유리섬유이고, 표면재가 발포 우레탄 시이트인 제조방법.
