Claims (7)
- 시료 용액중에 존재하는 아날라이트 물질의 양을 측정하기 위한 방법으로서, (i) 고상에 결합된 아날라이트 리셉터 반응을 마친 생성물과 기질 용액을 접촉시키는 단계와, (ii) 상기 간극에 있어서의 상기 기질 용액의 pH 변화를 측정하는 단계를 구비하고 있고, 상기 기질 용액은 상기 생성물 반응의 함수로서 상기 기질 용액의 pH를 변화시킬 수 있으며, 상기 고상은 pH 전극의 pH 감응면과의 간극이 1mm 이하가 되도록 대면 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아날라이트 물질의 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아날라이트 리셉터 반응은 항원-항체 반응인 것을 특징으로 하는 아날라이트 물질의 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 생성물과 기질 용액의 반응은 효소 반응이며, 상기 생성물은 효소로 표식되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아날라이트 물질의 측정방법.
- 고상과 결합된 아날라이트 리셉터 반응의 생성물을, 상기 생성물과의 반응에 따라 시료 용액중에 아날라이트 물질의 양을 측정하는데 사용된 상기 기질 용액의 pH를 변화시키는 기질 용액을 함유한 용액과 접촉시켜 시료 용액중에 존재하는 아날라이트 물질의 양을 측정하기 위한 장치로서, a) 상기 기질 용액에 대한 입구 수단 및 출구 수단을 갖는 셀 수단, b) 상기 셀내에서 수용된 pH 전극, c) 상기 기질 용액을 상기 셀내로 공급하기 위한 펌프 수단, d) 측정 대상 물질인 아날라이트와 특이적으로 결합하는 제 1 리셉터를 고정화시킨 고상에, 시료 용액과 표식 제 2 리셉터, 또는 표식 아날라이트를 접촉 반응시켜 세정된 고상을 셀내에 수납하는 수단 및 (e) 셀내에 수납된 고상 표면과 pH 전극의 pH 감응면을 이들 간극이 1mm이하로 되도록 대면 배치시키는 고상 위치 결정 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아날라이트 물질의 측정장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 pH 전극은 콘덕턴스가 적어도 50μV 이상이며 pH 감도가 25℃에서 40 내지 60mV/pH인 pH 감응 전계 효과 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 아날라이트 물질의 측정장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 고상은 내경이 2.0mm 이하인 소경관을 구비하며, 상기 소경관의 내벽상에서 상기 아날라이트와 특이적으로 결합하는 제 1 리셉터가 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아날라이트 물질의 측정장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 아날라이트 리셉터 반응은 항원-항체 반응이며 상기 표식 제 2 리셉터 또는 표식 아날라이트는 효소로 표식되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아날라이트 물질의 측정장치.
