PCB 기판의 고정판 착탈장치

본 고안은 PCB 회전 고정판에 장공 돌출부와 고정부를 형성한 상태에서 PCB 고정판에 형성된 회전 안내부와 고정 안내부에 삽입할 수 있게 하여 다층의 PCB 기판을 고정 뿐만 아니라 해체를 용이하게 할 수 있게 된 PCB 기판의 고정판 착탈 장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 경우 다층의 PCB 기판을 고정 및 해체 하는데 있어서는 구조상 고정 및 해체가 용이하지 못함에 따라 작업시간이 많이 걸릴 뿐만 아니라 고정 해체하기가 여러 가지로 번잡하던 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 결점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로 첨부된 도면에 의하여 그 구성과 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
다수의 삽입 안내구(1)와 다수의 삽지구(2)가 함께 관통되게 뚫려진 지지대(3)가 후부 양측으로 설치된 PCB 고정판(4)의 전면부 양측으로는 고정구(5), 삽입안내구(1')가 뚫려진 고정편지지대(6)가 돌출 형성되어지고 또한 PCB 고정판(4)면에는 지지편(7)과 이탈방지편(8)이 다수 장착되어지며 PCB 고정판(4)의 삽지구(2)와 고정구(5)내로는 다수의 지지편(7'), 이탈방지편(8')이 장착되고 전면부 양측 상부로 삽입 안내구(1"), 고정구(5')가 뚫려진 PCB 회전 고정판(9)의 후부양측면으로 회전턱(10)과 함께 형성된 회전걸림편(11)과 전면 양측단 하부로 형성된 고정편(12)이 결합되어지면서 그 상부로 동일한 형상으로 이루어진 다수의 PCB 회전 고정판(9)이 순차적으로 결합될 수 있게 구성되어진 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상기와 같이 조립된 본원의 PCB 기판의 고정판 착탈 장치에 있어서는 일단 PCB 회전 고정판(9)에 장착된 다수의 지지편(7')에 PCB 기판을 안착시킨 다음 일측으로 회전시켰던 다수의 이탈방지편(8')을 다시 원래상태로 회전시키게 되면 PCB 기판이 고정되어지는데 이상태에서 도면 제 2 도에 도시된 바와같이 PCB 기판이 고정된 PCB 회전 고정판(9)의 양측 회전 걸림편(11)을 PCB 고정판(4)의 양측 지지대(3)면에 형성된 삽지구(2)내로 삽입시킨후 PCB 회전 고정판(9)을 화살표 A방향으로 삽지구(2)를 기준으로 회전시켜 PCB 회전 고정판(9)의 전면 양측 하단부로 탄력성있게 형성된 고정편(12)이 도면 제 4a, b, c 도에 도시된 바와 같이 PCB 고정판(4)의 전면 상단 양쪽으로 돌출된 고정편 지지대(6)면에 뚫린 고정구(5)내로 삽입 고정되고 또한 이상태에서 PCB 회전 고정판(9)의 상부로 동일한 형상으로 이루어진 다수의 PCB 회전 고정판(9)을 상기에 서술된 바와같이 동작 과정을 반복 진행하면서 순차적으로 조립 고정할 수 있게 된 것으로 본원은 PCB 고정판 하나를 이용하여 다수의 PCB 회전 고정판을 고정함으로써 다층의 PCB 고정판을 형성하며 또한 PCB 회전 고정판의 해체는 상기에 서술된 바와같은 과정을 반대로함에 따라 가능하게 되어 있는 것으로 다층의 PCB의 고정과 해체를 용이하게 할 수 있게 된 것이다.

  1. 복수개의 박판체를 회동에 의한 개폐로 다수층으로 보관 및 해체가능토록 된 것에 있어서, 삽입안내구(1), 삽지구(2)가 함께 다수 관통되게 뚫려진 지지대(3)가 양쪽으로 설치된 PCB 고정판(4)의 전면부 양측으로는 고정구(5) 삽입안내구(1')가 뚫려진 고정편 지지대(6)가 돌출 형성되어지고, 지지면(7)가 이탈방지편(8)이 다수 장착된 PCB 고정판(4)의 삽지구(2)와 고정구(5)내로는 다수의 지지편(7'), 이탈방지편(8')이 장착되고 전면부 양측 상부로 삽입안내구(1"), 고정구(5')가 뚫려진 PCB 회전 고정판(9)의 후부 양측면으로 회전턱(10)과 일체로 형성된 회전 걸림편(11)과 전면 양측단하부로 형성된 고정편(12)이 각각 결합되어지면서 그 상부로 동일한 형상인 다수의 PCB 회전 고정판(9)이 순차적으로 결합되어지는 구조를 특징으로 한 PCB 기판의 고정판 착탈장치.
