Claims (12)

  1. (ⅰ)를 유기 모노에폭사이드나 유기 폴리에폭사이드와 (ⅱ) 다음 구조식의 이미다졸린 아민 화합물과의 반응생성물로 구성된 안료 분산제
    〔식중, R은 C8-C24알킬임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기모노에폭사이드가 다음 구조식을 갖는 안료 분산제.
    〔식중, R'은 C12-C14알킬임.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 폴리에폭사이드가 분자당 두개 이상이 1,2-에폭시 그룹을 함유한 수지성의 단량체 또는 중합체 물질인 분산제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 유기 폴리에폭사이드가 다가 페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 안료 분산제.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 유기 폴리에폭사이드가 치환식 폴리올의 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 안료 분산제.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 유기 폴리에폭사이드가 다가 알콜의 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 안료 분산제.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 유기 폴리에폭사이드가 다가 페놀 폴리알콕실레이트의 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 안료 분산제.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, (ⅰ)과 (ⅱ)가 과량의 아민이나 에폭사이드가 없도록 화학양론으로 반응하는 안료 분산제.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안료 분산제가 용매를 함유하지 않아 고체 함향이 100%인 안료 분산제.
  10. 에폭시-아민 결합체 수지, 안료 및 (ⅰ) 유기 모노에폭사이드나 유기 폴리에폭사이드와 (ⅱ) 다음 구조식의 이미다졸린 아민 화합물과의 반응 생성물인 안료 분산제로 구성된 캐쏘드 전착가능한 피복 조성물.
    〔식중, R은 C8-C24알킬임.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 안료 대 안료 분산제의 비율이 12:1 또는 그 이상인 조성물.
  12. (ⅰ) 유기 모노에폭사이드나 유기 폴리에폭사이드를 (ⅱ) 다음 구조식의 이미다졸린 아민 화합물과 반응시키는 것으로 구성된 이미다졸린 아민 에폭사이드 안료 분산제의 제조방법.
    〔식중, R은 C8-C24알킬임.
