Claims (6)
- 제1절연 하우징(11)내에 고정되며, 벽으로부터 직립하여 후크 접촉부(37)의 형태로 지지리브(15) 주위에 배치되는 단부와 인쇄 회로 기판의 구멍에 배치되기 위해 제1절연 하우징(11)으로부터 연장되는 다른 단부(33)를 갖는 포스트 접촉부(31)의 열을 가지는 포스트 헤드(10)와, 암 접속자(40)와 포스트 헤드(10)가 결합될때, 포스트 접촉부(31)의 후크 접촉부(37)와 결합하기 위해 제2절연 하우징(41)내에 고정되는 암 전기 접촉부(60)의 상응 열을 가지는 암 접속자(40)를 포함하는, 인쇄 회로 기판상에 설치하기 위한 전기 접속자 조립체에 있어서, 상기 각각의 암 전기 접촉부(60)는 암 전기 접촉부(60)의 결합방향에 평행하게 연장되는 기부판(61)을 구비하며, 기부판은 판(61)의 한측에는 후크 접촉부(37)와 억지 끼워맞춤으로 결합하는 접촉 아암(63)을 가지고 기부판(61)의 다른 측에는 도선 접속부(62)를 가지며, 접촉 아암(63) 및 도선 접속부(62)는 실제로 결합방향에 대해 동일평면인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속자 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도선 접속부(62)는 그안에 도선을 수용하기 위한 슬롯(62a, 62b)을 가지며, 기부판(61)의 각 단부로부터 외향 연장되는 평행판을 포함하며, 접촉 아암(63)은 기부판(61)의 각 측면으로부터 외향 연장되며, 결합 방향에 대해 평행하게 연장되는 접촉 표면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속자 조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 암 전기 접촉부(60)의 높이는 기부판(61)의 높이에 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속자 조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2절연 하우징(11, 14)은 결합될때 제1 및 제2절연 하우징(11, 41)과 함께 래칭되는 탄력 아암과 래칭 아암(21, 55)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속자 조립체.
- 도선 접속부(62)와 기부판(61)의 일 부분으로서의 접촉 아암(63)을 포함하는 제1항에 따른 전기 접속자 조립체에 사용되기 위한 암 전기 접촉부(60)에 있어서, 도선 접속부(62)는 기부판(61)의 각 단부로부터 일방향으로 외향 연장되는 도선 종결 슬롯(62a, 62b)을 가지는 평행판을 구비하며, 접촉 아암(63)은 기부판(61)의 각 측면으로 부터 상기 일방향에 대향하는 방향으로 외향 연장되는 평행판을 포함하며 암 전기 접촉부(60)의 결합방향에 평행하게 연장되는 접촉 표면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 전기 접촉부.
- 도선 접속부(62)와 기부판(61)의 일부분으로서의 접촉 아암(63)을 포함하는 결합 가능한 전기 접촉부와 결합하기 위한 암 전기 접촉부에 있어서, 도선 접속부(62)는 기부판(61)의 각 단부로부터 일방향으로 외향 연장되는 도선 종결 슬롯(62a, 62b)을 가지는 평행판을 구비하며, 접촉 아암(63)은 기부판(61)의 각 측면으로 부터 상기 일방향에 대향하는 방향으로 외향 연장되는 평행판을 포함하며 암 전기 접촉부(60)의 결합 방향에 평행하게 연장되는 접촉 표면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 전기 접촉부.
