Claims (11)
- 실크 또는 함실크 혼방물을, 8이상의 pH하에 수성 매질중에서 분산제 또는 팽윤제를 첨가시키지 않고, 하기 일반식(1)의 반응성 염료를 사용하여, 20 내지 40℃의 온도에서 6 내지 48시간 동안을 염색시키거나, 제품을 함침시킨 후 함침된 제품을 20 내지 60℃의 온도에서 습윤 상태로 6내지 48시간 동안 저장함을 특징으로 하여,실크 또는 함실크 혼합물을 염색시키는 방법.상기식에서, D는 모노- 또는 폴리-아조, 금속 착염 아조, 안트라퀴논, 프탈로시아닌, 포르마잔, 아조메틴, 디옥사진, 페나진, 스틸벤, 트리페닐메탄, 크산텐, 티오크산톤, 니트로아릴, 나프토퀴논, 피렌퀴논 또는 페닐렌테트라카이미드계 설포그룹-함유 염료의 래디칼이며, n은 1 내지 4이고, Y는 2,4-디플루오로-5-클로로피리미딘-6-일이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실크 또는 함실크 혼방물을, 8이상의 pH하에 패딩 수용액중에서, 일반식(1)의 반응성 염료에 함침시키고, 함침된 제품을 20 내지 60℃하에 습윤 상태에서 6 내지 48시간, 바람직하게는 24시간 동안 저장하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실크 또는 함실크 혼방물을, 8이상의 pH 및 20 내지 40℃의 온도하에 염료 수용액 중에서 6 내지 48시간, 바람직하게는 24시간 동안 일반식(1)의 반응성 염료로 염색시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, D가 모노아조 또는 디스아조 염료의 래디칼인 일반식(1)의 반응성 염료를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(2)의 반응성 염료를 사용하는 방법.상기식에서, D1은 벤젠 또는 나프탈렌계 디아조 성분의 래디칼이고, K는 벤젠, 나프탈렌 또는 헤테로사이클릭계 커플링 성분의 래디칼이며, Q는 일반식-N(R)-(여기에서, R은 수소, 또는 비치환되거나 치환된 C1-C4알킬이다)의 가교결합원이고, Y 및 n은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은데, 여기서 반응성 래디칼 Y는 Q를 통해 디아조 성분 또는 커플링 성분에 결합되어 있거나, 디아조 성분 및 커플링 성분 모두가 각각 하나 또는 두개의 반응성 래디칼을 수반하거나, 두개의 반응성 래디칼이 커플링 성분 또는 디아조 성분에 결합되어 있거나, 두개의 반응성 래디칼이 디아조 성분또는 디아조 성분에 결합되고 있고 하나의 반응성 래디칼은 커플링 성분 또는 디아조 성분에 결합되어 있다.
- 제5항에 있어서, R이 수소 또는 메틸인 일반식(2)의 반응성 염료를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 8이상의 pH를 9 내지 10으로 조절하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제품을 증점제, 바람직하게는 알긴산 증점제의 존재하에서 함침시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제품에 대한 패딩액의 사용 비율이 0.7 : 1 내지 1.3 : 1인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제품에 대한 염료액의 사용 비율이 50 : 1 내지 150 : 1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 8.5 내지 9의 pH 및 승온, 바람직하게는 70 내지 85℃의 온도하에 임의로는 비이온성 세척제의 존재하에서 세척 수용액으로 염색 제품을 세척하는 방법을 포함하는 방법.
