Claims (6)

  1. 디스크 억세스 윈도우와 상기 디스크 억세스 윈도우를 개방 가능하게 폐쇄시키는 슬라이딩 셔터를 가진 디스크 카트리지내에 내장된 레코딩 메디움 디스크를 구동하는 디스크 드라이브 장치에 있어서, 디스크를 회전 가능하게 구동하는 회전 테이블에 척킹하는 디스크 척킹 수단을 포함하며, 샤시에 장착되어 있는 디스크 드라이브 기구와, 디스크 카트리지가 삽입위해 내향으로 접근할수 있을 때의 소정의 언로딩 위치와 방출 위치 사이로 작동할 수 있도록 디스크 카트리지를 수용하는 카트리지 홀더와, 상기 언로딩과 로딩 위치 사이에 상기 카트리지 홀더 사이를 이동하는 카트리지 홀더 이동 기구와, 정보를 판독 및/혹은 기록하기 위해 노출된 상기 디스크 억세스 개구가 있는 개구 위치와 차단된 상기 디스크 억세스 윈도우가 있는 폐쇄 위치 사이 상기 셔터를 이동하는 상기 카트리지 홀더내에 내장되어 있으며, 상기 디스크 카트리지와 상기카트리지 홀더의 상대적 위치에 따라 상기 개방 및 폐쇄 위치 사이로 상기 셔터를 작동하는 피봇 아암을 포함하는 셔터 작동 수단과, 상기 셔터의 완전 개방 위치에 대응하는 위치에 상기 피봇 아암을 록크하기 위해서 상기 카트리지 홀더내에 내장된 아암 록크 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 드라이브 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 홀더내에 상기 디스크 카트리지를 록크하기 위해 상기 카트리지 홀더내에 내장된 카트리지 록크 수단도 포함하며 상기 카트리지 록크 수단은 상기 디스크 카트리지가 상기 카트리지 홀더내에 완전히 삽입되면 작동되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 드라이브 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 록크 수단이 피봇 아암이 상기 디스크 카트리지가 설정되는 위치까지 상기 카트리지 록크 수단을 편의할 수 있도록 피봇 아암에 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 드라이브 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 샤시에 제공되고 상기 아암 록크 수단을 작용하는 아암 록크 해재 수단도 포함하며, 상기 카트리지 홀더 이동 수단이 상기 언로딩 위치와 상기 로딩 위치로 부터 상기 카트리지를 이동하도록 작동하면, 그러므로, 상기 피봇 아암의 록킹은 상기 로딩 위치에 인접한 카트리지 홀더 위치에서 상기 아암 록크 수단에 의해 해체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 드라이브 장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 록크 수단은 상기 카트리지 홀더내에 상기 디스크 카트리지의 운동의 직접방향이며 상기 디스크 카트리지와 상기 카트리지의 상대적 위치에 의존하는 슬라이드부와, 카트리지 록킹편을 작동하며 상기 디스크 카트리지의 완전 삽입 위치에서 상기 디스크 카트리지내에서 사이 카트리지 록킹핀과 록킹핀 왕복체를 결합하는 상기 슬라이드 플레이트내에 내장된 피봇 레버도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 드라이브 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이드 플레이트는 상기 피봇아암의 록크핀 위치에서 상기 아암 록크 수단에 의해 상기 카트리지 록킹핀과 상기 록킹핀 왕복체 사이 록킹 결합을 설정하는 위치까지 편의되도록 상기 셔터 작동 수단의 상기 피봇 아암과 합체되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 드라이브 장치.
