Claims (7)
- 주죽 동력전달에 의해, 주모터의 구동축(5)이 신축성있는 커플링에 의해 자유축단에 연결되 있고, 크랭크축 기어가 케이싱과 함께 플랜지된 기어 (1,2)로서 직접 모터에 의해 작동되거나, 혹은 크랭크축 기어가 그 케이싱(26)과 함께 모터에 상관없이 독립적인 구조로서 같은 혹은 분리된 기초대에 고정된 크랭크축 기어는 다음과 같은 점을 특징으로 하며, a)모터 크랭크축 (5)의 역전 모멘트를 흡수하기 위해 2중 카르단식 치차링크축 (9 ,37 ,38)과 회전진동방진 커플링(10, 29, 30)을 미리 고려하였다, 이들에 의해 동륜(13)의 속이 빈 축과 받침대(11,12)로서 커플링이 사용되며, 이 속에 커플링이 마찰전동적으로 설치되고, b)첫째 혹은 그 뒤에 기어단(13, 18, 19)에서 어떠한 불필요한 역학적 과부하도 전달되지 않고, c)기어와 구동축단(20)에서 연결된 기기들에 그러한 부하가 전달되는 것이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크축 기어.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 크랭크축 기어에서 기어를 검사하거나, 방전특성을 변화시키기 위한 스프링 요소의 교환 베어링 톱니바퀴, 커플링된 기기들의 교환이 필요로 할 경우에, 나사질한 방진 커플링(10, 29, 30)을 포함한 동륜(13)과 함께 치차링크축(9, 37, 38)은 주모터의 주축 동력전달이 반대편에서 계속 이루어질 수 있도록 축이동에 의해 톱니 맞물림에서 벗어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크축 기어.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크랭크축 기어에서 기어 케이싱의 크랭크축쪽 구심 링(center ring,47)은 내부에 원추형 소켓(socket) (50)을 지니며, 분리된 치차링크축(9, 37, 38)은 구심링(47)의 내경에서 유니되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크축 기어.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제3항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 크랭크축 기어에서 2중 카르단식 치차링크축(9, 37, 38)의 외부 및 내부요소는 회전진동방전 커플링(10, 29, 30)의 실시방법 전달해야할 회전 및 역전 모멘트의 크기, 회전수 그리고 직선 혹은 궁형으로 이루어진 외면/내면 톱니(21 ,22 ,23 ,33 ,34 ,35 ,36)에 따른 각이동에 따라 각각 적당한 방법으로 결합할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크축 기어.
- 2중 카르단식 치차링크축(9, 37, 38)을 지닌 청구범위 1에서 4까지의 따른 크랭크축기어 가운데 설치된 축구멍(40)과 이에 상응해 설비된 반경방향구멍(radial drill) (42, 43, 44, 45, 46)을 통해, 서로 맞물려 있는 모든 커플링톱니(21, 22, 23, 33, 34, 35, 36)와 회전진동방진 커플링(10, 29, 30)에 유압을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크축 기어.
- 2중 카르단식 치차링크축(9, 37, 38)을 지닌 청구범위 1에서 5까지에 의한 크랭크축기어는 크랭크축(5)에 마주한 기어(1,26)의 정면과 치차링크축(9, 37, 38)에, 치차링크축(9, 37, 38)의 접속과 분리를 위해 청구범위2에서 기술한 축이동을 할수 있게 장치(52, 53, 54)가 정착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크축 기어.
- 청구범위 제1항에서 제6항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 크랭크축 기어에서는 과부하를 방지키 위해 회전모멘트 제한장치로 회전진동방진 커플링(10, 29, 30)을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크축 기어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
