Claims (16)
- 차량속도를 표시하는 제1신호(5)를 제공하기 위해 동작하는 차량속도감지기(3), 변속기(4)에 의해 제공되는 특정 변속비들이 선택되었을때 그를 표시해주는 제2신호(10)를 제공하기 위해 동작하는 변속비 위치감지기(8), 각 소정의 변속비에서 차량속도를 일정 값으로 제한하기 위해 동작하는 엔진속도 제어장치 (20), 제1신호와 제2신호(5), (10)를 수신하고 처리하여 상기 엔진속도 제어장치(20)로 제어출력신호(18)를 보냄으로서 소정의 변속비들이 선택될때만 엔진속도 제어장치(20)로 하여금 차량속도가 상기 일정값을 초과하지 못하게 하는 논리장치(12)등으로 구성되며, 점차적으로 증가하는 차량속도범위에 결쳐 최저치에서 최고치로 점차적으로 증가하는 다수의 선택가능한 전진변속비를 제공하도록 동작하는 변속기(4)에 구동 연결된 차량엔진(2)에 사용되는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 변속비들은 변속기(4)에 의해서 제공되는 하나이상의 최고 전진변속비를 포함하는 특징을 가진 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 변속비들에는 변속기(4)에 의해 제공되는 최고 및 두번째 최고의 전진변속비들이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 변속비들에는 변속기(4)에 의해 제공되는 많아야 3개의 최고 전진변속비가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어장치에는 소정의 변속기 전진변속비들에 의해 제공된 차량속도 범위 내에서 차량속도를 선택된 값으로 제어하도록 동작하는 순항제어장치가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속기(4)는 전자동 변속기라는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속기는 수동변속기라는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속기는 수동 또는 자동방식으로 동작될수 있다는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 엔진속도 감지부(14), 어떤 특정한 변속비들의 연결을 표시해주는 변속비 위치 감지기(8), 엔진속도 감지부와 변속비 위치 감지기로 부터 신호(6),(10)들을 수신하여 각 소정 변속비에서 소정값으로 엔진속도를 제한하는 동작을 하는 엔진속도 제어장치(20) 등으로 구성되며, 다수의 선택 가능한 전진변속비를 제공하도록 동작하는 변속기(4)에 구동연결되는 차량 엔진(2)에 사용되는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 소정의 변속비들은 변속기에 의해 제공되는 하나이상의 최고 전진변속비를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 소정의 변속비들은 상기 변속기에 의해 제공되는 최고 및 두번째 최고의 전진변속비들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 소정 변속비들은 상기 변속기에 의해 제공되는 많아야 3개의 최고 전진변속비를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 변속기 전진변속비들에 의해 제공된 차량속도 범위내에서 차량속도를 선택된 값으로 제어하도록 동작하는 순항 제어장치가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 변속기를 전자동 변속기라는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 변속기는 수동 변속기라는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량속도 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 변속기는 수동 및 자동방식으로 동작할수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량속도 제어장치.
