제1도는 본 발명에 따른 방법에 개략적으로 도시한 공정도.

Claims (7)

  1. 마그네슘을 함유하는 광석을 염산에 용해함으로서 마그네슘금속의 생산에 사용하는 염화 마그네슘을 생산하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 생산 방법은 산가용성 철과 비가 최초의 염화 마그네슘 용액에서 120보다 크도록 유지되고 산가용성 철과 인의 비는 20보다 크도록 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화마그네슘의 생산방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 철의 필요한 양은 철 함유광석으로서 추가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화 마그네슘의 생산방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 필요한 철의 양은 철 함유용액 또는 철 스크랩으로서 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화 마그네슘의 생산방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 거시적 결정질 마그네사이트와 은미정질 마그네사이트의 혼합물이 1 : 10 내지 10 : 1의 비율로 원료로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화마그네슘의 생산방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 거시적 결정질 마그네사이트와 은미정질 마그네사이트의 비율은 1 : 5 내지 5 : 1의 범위로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화므그네슘의 생산방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 산 가용성 철은 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 동일한 그램분자량의 산가용성 알루미늄으로 대체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화 마그네슘의 생산방법.
