Claims (10)
- 한 단부가 개방되고 한 다른 단부가 폐쇄된 중공의 예형물을 기초로하여 가열액을 충전할 때 발생하는 심한 열조건하에서 형태가 뒤틀리지 않고 잘 견디는 PET용기를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 다음 일련의 단계; a) 가로 세로의 신장으로 용기내의 물질에 압력이 가해지지 않는 온도에 예형물의 몸체가 이르지 않도록 무정형의 PET예형물 몸체를 신속히 가열하나, 고정된 형태와 크기도 예정된 예형물의 목부분은 가열하지 않는 단계; b) 금형공의 내벽이 예형물의 몸체 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 가열되고 유지되는 금형내로 가열 예형물을 이동하는 단계; c) 용기 형태를 갖도록 하는 금형공의 형태와 결합되도록 가압가스 유체를 매체로 또는 공기를 매체로 하여, 공기를 투입하여 예형물을 팽창시킴과 동시에 세로 신장시키는 단계; d) 가압 가스 유체를 성형된 용기로부터 신속하게 배출하는 단계; e) 제조된 용기를 금형에서 제거하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로하는 상기제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기a)단계에서, 예형물의 몸체가 120-140℃의 온도에서 가열됨을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제1항과 제2항에 있어서, 예형물의 몸체가 가열되는 시간이 1분이하, 바람직하기로는 약 40초임을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금형공의 내벽 온도가 70-120℃로 되고, 이 온도가 예형물 몸체의 온도보다 낮음을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기c)단계에서, 예형물을 용기로 변형시키기 위하여 조작된 2배의 신장율이 7-9임을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기c)의 단계에서 세로 신장 속도가 500mm/초 이하임을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기c)단계에서 예형물내로 가압 공기를 투입하고 공기 투입후의 압력이 20바아-40바아가 되게하고, 다음 성형된 용기내에 있는 압력이 0바아-6바아가 되도록 투입된 공기를 신속히 배출하고, 다시 두번째 공기 투입후 압력이 20바아-40바아가 되도록 가압 공기를 투입함을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기c)단계에서 예형물내에 가압 공기를 투입하여 공기 투입후의 압력이 20바아-40바아가 되게하여 성형된 용기 내부에 압력을 받은 환기가 이루이지게 하므로서 환기가 15바아-30바아의 압력하에 유지되어 마침내 환기가 정지함을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기c)단계에서 예형물내에 가압 공기를 투입하고 공기 투여후의 압력이 20바아-40바아가 되게하고 이때, 성형된 용기 내부에 있는 압력이 0바아-6바아가 되도록 투입된 공기를 신속히 배출하고, 다음 다시 두번째 공기 투여후의 압력이 20바아-40바아가 되도록 가압 공기를 투입하므로서 성형된 용기 내부에 압력을 받은 환기가 이루이지게 하므로서 이 환기가 15바아-30바아의 압력하에 유지되어 마침내, 환기가 정지함을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예형물을 기초로하여 성형된 용기를 제조하는데 있어, 금형공내에 체류하는 소요시간이 4-5.5초임을 특징으로하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
