Claims (6)
- 축선 방향으로 격리된 베어링 조립체(30,32)의 내부 레이스(34,36)에 의해 회전 가능하게 지지되는 스핀들 조립체에 있어서, 축내에 원추형 공동부를 형성하도록 데이퍼진 내부면을 갖는 팽창 가능한 축으로서, 베어링 내부 레이스 부근에 배치된 팽창 가능한 원추형 부분(20,22)을 갖는 축(14)과, 원추형 부분의 개별 내부면과 접하도록 배치된 구형 수단인 볼(24,26)과, 팽창 가능한 원추형 부분(20,22)의 반경방향 팽창이 베어링 조립체의 내부 레이스와의 접촉을 일으키도록 팽창 가능한 원추형 부분의 내부면으로 개별 구형 수단인 볼(24,26)을 압압시키기 위한 축선 방향 압압 수단인 고정 스크루(25,27)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팽창 가능한 축부분이, 그 탄성 영역내에서 구형 수단에 의해 팽창 가능한 축 부분을 팽창시키면 예정 보유력을 제공하도록, 베어링 졸비체 내부 레이스의 직경보다 약간 작은 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축과 함께 회전하도록 축에 결합된 적어도 하나의 데이터 디스크도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 데이터 디스크가, 팽창 가능한 축부분을 베어링 조립체 내부 레이스와 접촉하도록 팽창시키기 전에 포맷되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축이 그를 관통하는 구멍(18)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축이 그 단부에 인접한 내부 나사된 대응나사(29,31)를 갖으며, 각각의 축선 방향 압압 수단인 고정 스크루(25,27)가 상기 볼에 대응하여 작용하는 평탄면과 축의 내부 대응 나사와 대응하여 맞물리는 나사 부분을 가진 세트 나사부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 조립체.
