Claims (6)

  1. 피록시캄 주사제에 있어서, 유효성분으로서의 피록시캄과, 용해부조제로서 L-알기닌, L-리진 또는 기타 2개의 아미노기를 갖고 있는 아미노산의 1종 및 프로필렌글리콜과, 안정제인 포비돈이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 안정화된 피록시캄 주사액 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용해 보조제인 아미노산은 피록시캄 1몰당 1.1~1.2몰 함유되어 있고, 프로필렌글리콜은 전체 주사액중 10-30W/V% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피록시캄 주사액조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 안정제인 포비돈은 전체 주사액중 1~2W/V% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피록시캄 주사액 조성물.
  4. 피록시캄 주사제를 제조함에 있어서, 유효성분인 피록시캄을 용해 보조제인 L-알기닌, L-리진 또는 기타 2개의 아미노기를 갖고 있는 아미노산의 1종 및 프로필렌글리콜과 함께 주사용증류수에 용해시키고, 여기에다 안정제인 포비돈을 첨가시킨 다음, 공지의 주사제 제조방법을 사용하여서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 안정화된 피록시캄 주사액 조성물의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 용해보조제인 아미노산은 피록시캄 1몰당 1.1~1.2몰 사용하고, 프로필렌글리콜은 전체 주사액중 10~30W/V%가 되도록 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피록시캄 주사액 조성물의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 안정제인 포비돈은 전체 주사액중 1~2W/V%가 되도록 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피록시캄 주사액 조성물의 제조방법.
