Claims (5)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 에피할로히드린을 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 방향성 유도체와 축합시켜 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아릴 알킬화 유도체를 얻고; 화합물(Ⅳ)의 옥시란 고리를 알칼리 금속 아지드로 개환시켜 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)의 상응하는 모노 아지드를 얻어서 ; 화합물 (Ⅴ)에서의 치환체 A'가 황인 경우에는 Q'가 SH기인 다음 일반식(Ⅸ)의 화합물을 얻거나, 또는 화합물(Ⅴ)에서의 치환체 A'가 산소인 경우에는, 3급 염기의 존재하에서 화합물(Ⅴ)를 다음 일반식(Ⅵ)의 술폰산 작용기와 반응시켜 다음 일반식(Ⅶ)의 아지도 에스테르를 얻고,극성 용매중에서 에스테르(Ⅶ)를 알칼리 금속 아지드 또는 티오시아네이트와 반응시켜 다음 일반식(Ⅷ)의아지도 유도체를 얻고, 촉매의 존재하에서 화합물(Ⅷ)를 수소화 반응에 의해 환원시켜 다음 일반식(Ⅸ)의아미노 에탄 유도체를 얻고 ; 화합물(Ⅸ)를 시아노겐 할리드 및 다음 일반식(A2)의 시아노 이민화제와 축합시킴을 특징으로 하는, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이들의 무기 또는 유기산부가염과 광학 활성 이성질체의 제조방법;상기식에서, Z는 수소, 할로겐, 저급 알킬기, 저급 알콕시기, 트리플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메톡시, 시아노 그룹, 니트로 그룹, 카르복시아미도 그룹, 저급 알켄일기, 저급 알킬티오, 저급 알킬렌 디옥시, 저급 시클로 알켄일기 또는 저급 시클로알킬기이고, X는 산소, 황원자, 일반식 >N-R1(여기서, R1은 수소, 저급 알킬기, 유기 카르복실산 또는 술폰산으로부터 유도된 아실잔기임)의 아미노그룹, 메틸렌 그룹 또는 직접 결합이고, Y는 수소, 저급 알킬기, 페닐기, 히드록시 또는 페녹시기, 또는 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 저급 알킬기, 및 저급 알콕시기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 치환기로 일 내지 삼치환된 페닐기이고, Y'는 수소이고, 또는 Y 및 Y'는 서로 함께 산소이거나, R이 영인 경우 Y는 인접 페닐고리와 함께 벤조디옥산, 테트라히드로퀴놀린, 테트라히드로나프탈렌, 디히드로나프탈렌, 나프탈렌-1, 나프탈렌-2, 및 벤즈이미다졸로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 두고리-호모- 또는 헤테로고리형 포화 또는 불포화 구조를 형성하고, A는 NH기 또는 황원자이고, R3및 R4는 같거나 다르며 수소, 저급 알킬기, 저급 알켄일기, 아릴 저급 알킬기(여기서, 아릴 부분은 벤질, 펜에틸, 알파 메틸펜에틸, 2,6-디클로벤질 및 2,3,5-트리메톡시벤질로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택됨), 헤테로아릴 저급 알킬기(여기서, 헤테로아릴 부분은 피리딜, 푸릴, 피란일, 및 티엔일로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택됨), 아릴기, 알콕시 카르보닐 그룹, C1-C10의 유기 카르복실산 또는 아미노 그룹으로부터 유도된 아실잔기이거나, R3및 R4는 서로 함께 질소원자에 결합되어 아제티딘, 피롤리딘일, 피페리딘일, 및 헥사메틸렌이미노로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 질소 함유 고리를 형성하거나 ; 또다른 헤테로 원자를 함유하여 테트라히드로피리미딜, 테트라히드로옥사진일, 모르폴일, 티아진일, 피라졸리딘일 및 피페라진일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 헤테로 구조를 형성하고, R은 수소 ; 저급 알킬기 ; C1-C2의 알킬렌 사슬에 의해 인접 페닐 고리에 연결된 페닐렌기 ; 또는 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 저급 알킬기 및 저급 알콕시기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 치환기로 1 내지 3치환된 페닐기이고, n은 0 또는 1이고, n은 0, 1 또는 2이고, m은 0이고, p는 1, 2 또는 3이고, A'는 산소 또는 황이고; Hal은 염소 또는 브롬이고, R2는 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬기 또는 단일- 또는 두고리형 방향성 기이고, R5는 저급 알킬옥시 그룹 또는 할로겐 원자이며 Q는 SH기 또는 아지도 기이고 Q'는 SH기 또는 아미노 그룹이고 점선은 탄소-탄소 단일 결합 및 탄소-탄소 이중결합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 결합을 나타낸다.
- 상기 일반식(V)의 방향성 유도체를 알릴 할리드상에서 축합시켜 다음 일반식(X)의 알켄일화 화합물을 얻고, 이것을 브롬으로 브롬화시켜 다음 일반식(XI)의 디브로모 유도체를 얻고, 이것을 알칼리 금속 아지드와 반응시켜 다음 일반식(VIII)의 디아지도 유도체를 얻고, 이것을 촉매의 존재하에서 수소화 반응시켜 다음 일반식(IX)의 디아미노 유도체로 전환시키고, 이 유도체를 브롬화 시아노겐과 같은 시아노 이민화제에 의해 고리화하여 다음 일반식(IA)의 이미다졸린계 유도체를 얻음을 특징으로 하는, 일반식(I)의 화합물의 제조방법 :상기식에서, R,Z,X,Y,Y',R3,R4,n,n1및 p는 상기한 바와 같다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 시아노 이민화제가 시아노겐 할라드 및 상기 일반식(A2)의 S-메틸이소티오우로늄할리드로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
