Claims (12)
- 하이드록실 그룹이 2개 이상인 중합성 폴리올, 저당량 가교-결합폴리올, 임의로 당량이 500이하인 추가의 폴리올, 및 25℃에서 측정한 점도가 800cps미만인 단일상 저점도 배합물을 제공하기에 충분한 양의, 당량이 1,500이하인 1가 알콜을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 활성 수소 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서 (1) 분자량이 1,500내지 12,OOO이고 작용가가 2내지 8인 중합성 폴리올 4내지 60중량%; (2) 당량이 120미만이고 작용가가 3내지 6인 가교 결합 폴리올 2내지 80중량%: (3) 당량이 3O내지 300인 2작용성 중량제(extender) O내지 80중량%; 및 (4) 당량이 9O내지 1,500인 알킬렌 또는 폴리에틸렌옥시 1가 알콜 1내지 9O중량%를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분(1)이 분자량이 5,OOO인 폴리에틸렌 옥시-폴리프로필렌옥시 트리올이고, 성분(2)가 에틸렌 디아민의 에틸렌 및/ 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드 유도체이며, 성분(3)이 디에틸렌 글리콜이고, 성분(4)가 당량이 500인 부틸 알콜 개시 폴리에틸렌-폴리프로필렌옥시 1가 알콜인 조성물.
- 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 제1항에 따르는 활성 수소조성물올, 반응물의 비를 이소시아네이트 당량 대 총 활성 수소 당량의 비가 O.85: 1 내지 4: 1 (단, 상기 비가 1.15: 1을 초과할 경우 이소시아누레이트 촉매를 사용한다) 범위 이내가 되도록 하여 반응시킴으로써 제조되는 성형 폴리우레탄 중합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 섬유상 강화 물질을 추가로 함유하는 성형 중합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 충전재를 추가로 함유하는 성형 중합체.
- (A) 폴리메틸렌 폴리(페닐 이소시아네이트); (B) 제2항에 따르는 활성 수소조성물; 및 (C) 우레탄 촉매를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 혼합물의 반응(여기서 반응물의 비는 이소시아네이트 당량 대(B)로부터의 총 활성 수소 당량의 비가0.90:1내지 1.15:1이 되도록 한다)에 의해 제조된 반응 사출 성형 폴리우레탄 중합체로 포화시킨 유리 섬유 메트 하나 이상을 포함하는 고강도 성형 복합물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 유리 섬유 함량이 복합물의 중량을 기준으로 1O내지 60%인 성형 복합물.
- 제8항에 의어서, (B1)이 분자량이 5,OOO인 폴리에틸렌옥시-폴리프로필렌옥시 트리올이고, (B2)가 에틸렌 디아민의 에틸렌 및/ 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드유도체이며, (B3)가 디에틸렌글리콜이고, (B4)가 당량이 500인 부틸 알콜 개시 폴리에틸렌옥시-폴리프로필렌옥시 1가 알콜인 성형 복합물.
- 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 제1항에 따라서 제조한 활성 수소 조성물을 함께 반응 (여기서 반응물의 비는 이소시아네이트 당량 대 총 활성 수소 당량의 비가 O.85:1내지 4:1범위이내이도록 하는데, 단 상기비가 1.15: 1을 초과하는 경우 이소시아누레이트촉매를 사용한다)시킴을특징으로하여, 성형 폴리우레탄 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 하이드록실 그룹이 2개 이상인 중합성 폴리올, 저 당량 가교-결합 폴리올; 임의로 당량이 500이하인 추가의 폴리올, 및 단일상 저 점도 배합물을 제공하기에 충분한 양의, 당량이 1,500이하인 1가 알콜을 함께 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 활성 수소 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, (1) 분자량이 1,500 내지 12,OOO이고 작용가가 2내지 8인중합성 폴리올 4내지6O중량; (2) 당량이 120미만이고 작용가가 3내지 6인 가교결합폴리을2내지 80중량%: (3) 당량이 30내지 300인 2작용성 중량제 O내지 8O중량%: 및 (4) 당량이 9O내지 1,500인 알킬렌옥시 또는 폴리알킬렌옥시 1가 알콜 1내지 9O중량%를 함께 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
