Claims (10)

  1. -열의 영향하에서 0.3내지 1.1cN의 수축력을 전개하며, -열의 영양하에서 20 내지 60%의 섬유수출율을 나타내며, -0.5 내지 3%의 양의 용매 및 올리고머로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터의 저분자량 성분들을 함유하며, 열의 영향하에서 개개의 섬유들 사이에서 접착 결합들이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 구조적 단위체들에 기초한 난연성, 고온 저항성 폴리이미드 섬유 :
    상기식에서,
    R은 그룹CH2 및/또는 그룹또는이다.
  2. a) 280 내지 350℃ 바람직하게는 300 내지 330℃ 범위의 유리 전이 온도이상의 온도까지 가열할 때 이들 길이의 20 내지 60%까지 수축하며, b) 개개의 섬유들 사이에 접착 결합이 존재하며, c) 열처리되지 않은 섬유에 기초하여, 그들의 역가는 출발 섬유값의 300%까지 증가하며, d) 열처리되지 않은 섬유에 기초하여, 그들의 강도는 30%까지 감소하며, 그리고 e) 열처리되지 않은 섬유에 기초하여, 섬유 신율은 300%까지 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 기재된 바와같은, 열처리 된 난연성, 고온저항성 폴리이미드 섬유.
  3. 니들-펀칭에 의해 섬유들이 연결되고 부직포가 60g/㎡ 내지 3,000g/㎡의 면적중량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열의 영향하에서 성형된 본체가 형성될 수 있도록 성형될 수 있는 제1항에 기재된 난연성, 고온저항성 폴리이미드 섬유들의 다루기쉬운 부직포.
  4. 280 내지 350℃, 바람직하게는 300 내지 330℃의 유리 전이온도 범위이상의 온도에서 열의 영향하에, 그리고 임의로 압력의 영향하에 성형된 본체가 섬유 복합체로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제2항에 기재된 수축된 난연성, 고온저항성 폴리이미드 섬유의 성형된 본체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 5 내지 50N/㎟의 극한 인장강도, 5내지 80%의 파괴신율, 100 내지 500N/㎟의 탄성모듈러스 및 30N/㎟이하의 휨 강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 본체.
  6. 제4또는 5항에 있어서, 섬유들의 유리 전이온도이상의 온도까지 가열될 때 가소적으로 변형될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 본체.
  7. 제4 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1.20g/㎠의 최대밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 본체.
  8. 제4 내지 7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소잉, 드릴링, 밀링 또는 그라인딩등에 의해 기계가공될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 본체.
  9. 제1항에 기재된 섬유들의 복합체를 280 내지 350℃, 바람직하게는 300 내지 330℃이 유리 전이온도 범위 이상의 온도까지 가열하는 한편, 주형과 같은 성형수단을 사용하여 원하는 형상이 되게하며, 섬유들의 복합체의 초기밀도는 0.3cN 내지 1. 1cN의 수축력 전개와 함께 성형동안에 열배까지 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 구조적 단위체들을 갖는 폴리이미드 섬유들에 기초한 난연성, 고온저항성 섬유 본체들을 제조하는 방법 :
